This is such a sweet drama with a bit of suspense and si-fi to make it exciting. Romance is great and the leads look gorgeous. Deserves ≥8 rating as per MDL standards.

Only thing that annoys me is that these villians are comitting crimes openly without being hounded by police or the media. Our leads are on their own. Also, villains' characters are not flushed out enough

This is so entertaining. The friendship between Deuk Pal and Se Kyung is sure to be a heartwarming one. It is already growing on me. The growth of their friendship till they become someone who will have each other's back will be satisfying to observe.
The background music selection is relaxing and story is not boring at all.
Definitely deserves a rating of ≥ 8.5.
P.S.- I don't watch BL and I didn't know this was a BL when watchig first 2 episodes. Only found out when I saw the tags here on MDL. But I think I will be watching this. I didn't get BL vibes, more of a strong friendship vibe.

The dialogues in this drama are profound and interesting. It gives so much life to the characters and it also sucks you right into the land of life-lessons. Great storyline with impeccable acting from the cast, magnetic chemistry between every character especially the romance factor between the leads, and the cinematography (the slowed and stretched out filming for the situation with gravitas, etc), makes this a first-class production.
A must watch in my list.

I agree that people get offended easily nowadays. But this isn't about us getting offended.
The way you are overreacting with over the top wordings and undertone full of hate is cringe.
"I couldn't even make it through the first 20 minutes of the first episode; it's so cliché" - this statement alone would have been enough to express what sounds totally reasonable and many would agree with you for sure.
So, either take the logical route to express your dissatisfaction OR You can express your dislike in a civil manner becasue dislike doesn't always have to be totally logical.
Just saying

Why try to be logical in front of a person who has gone nuts? You can't reason with them, you can't wait for help without doing everything you can do to defend yourself. Self-defense here could equate to a restraining order.
It is not vitim blaming, it is just a obvious thing that could be done, especially by someone who is intimate with the law. Why be pitiful when you can be happy just by relying on the same law that you use to help others as a lawyer? Why not use it for yourself?

China is absolutely allowed to make historical series as should all the countries of the world.
But the problem is China never allows the air of something that strays from their ideals. Aka. more than necessary censorship. And I can't say American and European countries do not censor anything at all. But lets be honest, China has a lot stronger dictatorial approach on these matters.

My standard for romance, communacation, friendships, portrayal of real life jobs, dresses, acting, story in a drama has become skewed. My satisfaction in dramas will drop an all time low for a very long time after watching this masterpiece of a drama.

Conclusion: God tier. Unforgettable. Flawless. Unbeatable. Indisputable. Adorable.
I can rewatch this till eternity.

In the recent interview we can clearly see where Elon stands. He defends Isreal against the Hamas terror attack and condemns Hamas, as a terrorist group should be, which the western media doesn't want to when it should be them doing that. He speaks about Jews people being a victim of world hate for hundreds of years and the new Jew hate in flourish as recent wave in western society which is supporting Hamas terror is ever increasing, which the media seems to have ignored. It is 100% a pemetitated political move by the media, backed by who knows who.

People really seem to be biased against Elon. Just watch him o n podcasts, interviews, recent (maybe zoom) meeting where you can look at his unfiltered and unbased self. He wants humamity to transend as a whole. Calling him anti-semetic is a classic media stunt. Critisize without context or explanation

He is just stating he doesn't like Lin Yi's acting but you are making it a nation thing. This is the problem with the society today. They make every thing a issue about race, gender and other things.
It would be normal if you reacted to what he actually said but you had to search for a deeper meaning. That is not a bad thing but feels a little prejudiced.

And I have to ask, how did you even come up with the notion of him disliking Chinese dramas just from that sentence, which led you to check this watched list.
