I agree with what you are saying about the connection with DC, his brother and the mother. We know there was a coverup but in what capacity is the question.

His mother I'm not feeling her. She is too much into her whole campaign and having the perfect image, but we know how far that has gotten her. I mean he even changed his name, and she wants him to go to Germany. She really isn't helping him at all. Distanced herself away from him completely.

Once he even finds out the truth, I think he will be devastated, shock but not sure if he would be too surprised.

@syedatasnia14 I know is that medication just a red herring for us. I agree that everyone is seeming shady to say the least. But I am still trying to figure out the connection between the mother and DC. Well, maybe because he was getting into music, and he was his manager at the time.

I was questioning that myself as them saying the ML wasn't the killer, but you know they do crazy stuff and maybe he did. They may put him under hypnosis, and he will remember what happened. See blood on his hands and say he is the killer.

I think she is going to begin to doubt her own ability after a while when things become questionable with DH.

My head is really spinning here, some theories, please feel free to chime in:

1. DH called his mother after she killed herself, didn't know what to do and the mother had DC covered it up along with his brother.
2. DH did kill her. He had memory loss, after the incident and maybe whatever medication he was on changed how he believed everything happened.
3. Even though she believes him, he himself as she said is believing it is his guilt and responsibility that made her hear the ding, but maybe he really did kill her and just doesn't remember.
4. After he left the beach, there was someone else she met, and they killed her or found her nearly dead.
5. Another girl had liked him was following and ended up killing her.
6. Syaon who knows what role she might have had as well.

Ok, so we all feel the mother, DC and DC's brother are all shady and all in cahoots with whatever happened the night at the beach.

What are your thoughts? Let me know what you all are thinking.

@MJN, I definitely agree with your perception of episode 36. I felt the same way looking at the Heavenly army. They did just look like statues. That scene was just bad. No other words for it. But as you said, I think everything else has been on point in the drama.

What I didn't get is why all the guards of HE just didn't all turn against him, but I get it. XM, XM, you are just making me nervous about the whole damn mirror. You can only stall for so long and you knew HE was on that.

But I was so upset about my Stone Goblin, dang. I didn't want to see that happen to him.

Two more episodes, are we having a happy ending?

Ok, I'm going say it...YCY brought it in her FL role. You all know I talked about her in Chong Zi. I have to say she brought it in this drama. She did the damn thing. Kudos to her and to DYX. Great pairing. Let's give them all applause, shall we?

Ok, ok, ok...can we say we saw several smack downs go on in these episodes.
- Talking about LD without clothes
- Prince looking for MZH because he is feeling some kind of way
- Shen and his frazzled look all because of the Princess
- Princess trying to one up MZH

There were some good moments for sure but get ready to get on the Princesses "highway to hell" tour of her just taking people out. From episodes 25 on you all better get ready to see the princess go from "Glinda" to "Almira Gluch" aka Wicked Witch of the West. The chick just needs a broom now to complete her cray-craziness that is about to happen.

Emperor dies. Prince ascends the throne. Mama Empress Dowager still is kicking but I think she tries to fill in LD that it is the princess that caused all the drama. Wonder when everyone is going to get a heads up on Shen. He is so over the top with the princess that he isn't even seeing right. Dude doesn't even care that he is being used because she is just stone cold, straight up not even caring no more.

Then in the later episodes we have to deal with LD leaving the capital to basically die leaving MZH to guess where he is at. Then she stands in the rain, and he catches her as she is passing out so that he would see her. But you know our girl is not letting him go, she tells him that she still wants to be with him. We get another kiss in there. Yeah!

Yep! Saw that too. Now that was different and really good.

@yourmainlead Yep, she snapped after seeing what happened I believe to her mother. But she just played everybody and waited for the day to come to get them back.

Yes, after watching the first 4 episodes...goodness! Cavan and those abs I so remember from "The Blessed Bride" and his kissing, forget about it. Just fine, that is all I can say. I can't wait to see more.

Now Ke Ying, I just saw her in Supervisor Husband, this girl has it going on with the men, ok? In that one it was nonstop kissing with Le Ge Yang (could be a brother to Fan Zhi Xin) because she was the cure for him, it was too much I had write a review and gave it a "10." He was always snatching her up.

@DrGhost interesting that she would ask about the pill again in the upcoming episodes. I knew that the princess was not all sugar and spice and everything nice. She was too over the top with all that goodness.

I called it, I called it. I said the princess was too nice. Yeah, girl is tripping the next couple of episodes and even brings our boy Shen along for her crazy ride. It looks to me that she kills XX but honestly, I would like to know why. But does she poison Mama Empress Dowager or does she kill her? But I wonder how if they both die or if just XX dies how will all this be explained. We all know that no one is going to look in the princess way because she is so "sweet and nice." Gag!

Shen, Shen, Shen, my man, what is up with you? I know you are thinking with your other head when it comes to the princess but dude, she is leading you down the highway to hell with her. I mean her vendetta is about her mother. Your role for her is basically a tool to be used. You think this crazy bitch is going to let you have her. Hell naw! Brother, if she did promise you, she was lying big time. After she uses you up, you will be discarded.

Then WTH is going on with LD leaving the capital to say what? Die! Are you freaking kidding me. You better pop that Snow Dust Pill and get better.

This drama is all that right about now.

@YESMISSA LOL! Exactly! Just to have them pretend to break up but really be together. See if the daughter does get with ZZX after him denying her so many times. Have a love triangle with the daughter and that other guy who works with her or have ZZX come to the aid of XX if the mother adds more fuel to the fire. Man, you know they will think of something to get out of this as much as they can.

@YESMISSA it would have been nice if they would have just wrapped it up nicely. Had them at the altar and married. But you never know.

Yes, we would say no season 2 but it was ended so weak. I mean, it can lead you to believe that since she did see that vid, that she still wants him and will do anything so couldn't you see her racing to the church to break it up? I mean his mother still doesn't like her and I could see that happening. They won't I believe as you say, break up, but this just leads to opening other doors with the vid.

@LaraF no idea. But I am just too annoyed. I mean, how many episodes do we have to go to play up chaos with this vid. Now we have to see HRY losing her mind. I can't stand her. Enough already. It should have ended with the at the altar. Done. No, we have to see if there is another one.

Now, we all knew that the vid was coming into play and sure enough at the end. So, now you are telling me we have a season 2? Seriously, it is beyond annoying how many times that XTU had to tell HRY how he only thought of her as a friend. I mean it was every time. He should have NEVER had her as his assistant when ZZX's EA was there. And you see he was going to use her anyway. HRY should have been long gone. Now, we are going to deal with the backlash of a vid that XX NEVER knew about playing a role in the wedding. They have not gone down the aisle yet.

The mother is still against it. You notice she could even go along with the color scheme. Is HRY going to rush over there and interrupt the wedding and say he shouldn't marry her. Come on, this is just too much. Why not let them have a happy ending. How many episodes can you drag this out?

All and all I enjoyed this drama except this crazy ending.

@LaraF nothing written at this time about a season 2. I hope we hear something soon. That was a jacked up ending for sure!

Ok, after reading the reviews, I was wondering why I could not make it past episode one. I thought it was me. Looks like I will be dropping. Love me some Alen Fang especially Love by Hypnotic and The Longest Promise but not feeling him at all in this.
