@Thuc Duyen If you have VIP, go to "me" and they have the information there. Just read. You have a user id number that you need to include so they know who you are and again, it is on that page.
They will contact you via email and they are really good handling this type of things when there are issues. Make sure you include your receipt of when you received you VIP status as well. They can tell by the type of payment too.
