Yes it's really good. Strong FL, good romance and interesting law case.

I know this drama is full of praise everywhere but this is my take
- The first 10-12 episodes are absolutely amazing and really keep you engrossed
- 12-28 episodes or so, it gets more complex with many more characters added and I think it begins to lose its initial charm here. It's 80% war/fighting + villains' romances and 20% leads' romance, I don't mind this because the fighting scenes are very good as well
- 28 and beyond - I think the plot becomes difficult to follow here, too much palace politics and poor pacing/editing which means we don't understand anything happening fully. I had to read the forum discussions and parts of the book to really get what was going on. I didn't even understand the famous (infamous?) ep 38 scene because there was no context.

I like some of the older cdramas better, like Love Between Fairy and Devil , Untamed, Joy of Life etc. They didn't have any editing issues and the context was clearly laid out.

This is the last season

It's about relationships, like in real life. Things dont always work out in real life, you break up and meet someone else. It's a good series, you should try it!

Ep 32 - FL is so cold to ML and I just can't figure out why. Did I miss something? I don't think he did anything wrong? It's all in her mind isn't it

Love Between Fairy and Devil is one of my favourite dramas and this one is quite similar (OST is practically the same). The framing of shots, the way they show the ML as an insanely talented man with shades of grey, the lack of second leads etc. But I am only on ep 20, will be interesting to see how it ends!

For a change, I liked the second half better! The story has a twist at ep 8 and from then on it was so fun!

I loved the 2ML! But is he actually the 2ML?

After 200 dramas I've finally seen the one with the least chemistry possible between leads. Still a decent watch 7/10.

I actually agree with you, ML could have said in very clear terms what is going on, but I think it also shows how insecure the ML is! What I took out of it was both of them assumed things, they were wrong and communicated very badly.

I don't understand the negative comments at all, I find it so interesting and watched it twice back to back. I guess it's not the typical romcom kdrama and people don't like anything new or experimental?

Agree, not having a childhood trope cliche was so refreshing

The CDrama 'Twelve Letters' was kind of like this, very deep, emotional topic. I also had a hard time moving on from that drama so you may like to watch it some time!

True. I was watching Spring Fever happily until this one, but now am finding it too shallow and clichéd. I think this drama really makes you want deeper, meaningful cliche-free dramas and I will have a block till then!
