The ML plays the same character he did in Secret life of a Secretary, the FL plays the same character she did in I am Not a Robot, the 2ML plays the same character he did in My Bias My Boss. So much dejavu!
I guess I feel differently (ep 15) from most others - looks like the ML is making an effort, he wants to know what's going on in FL's life, he wants her to stay with him etc, but FL seems to be shying and running away whatever chance she gets. I feel bad for the ML and his loneliness - hope it improves!

Agree, I go often to Paris for work and hate stepping out of the station. Very overrated, there's no reason I would go to Paris for fashion. Korea and Japan have much better fashion and food.

I was watching a cdrama (Love between lines) and Spooky Love at the same time and it's such a huge difference - plot falling off, genre shift, middle lagging all seem to be so common in kdramas these days and cdramas are just getting better and better. So sad as an avid kdrama fan.
Excellent pacing, no middle dragging, no story inconsistencies. So refreshing to see a drama that's not clichéd to its eyeballs.
Also I have to admit I love the villain! He is such a well written character - when he smiles I don't know whether to laugh or be scared. You never know what he's thinking and he is a proper psychopath with no redeeming features. Loved him.

Not faked. Actual Singapore outdoor shots - I know the restaurant they went to is in Clarke Quay. I think the indoor conference scenes/garden scene were not Singapore though.
I would never have predicted how ep 9/10 turned out compared to the first episodes. It's almost a 180 degree change from a supernatural/action drama to a chaebol politics/romance drama. I love the romance/chemistry but it's such a strange shift in genre given ep 1!
Someone should have warned me how good this series is! I started watching on my phone and now going back to watching it all again on the big screen! And the comedy is top tier.

It is very light hearted and funny, I guess ep 1 is the only exception (starts off dark) but all other episodes are super cute and laugh-out-loud funny mostly. You should give it a try!
I think there is one major difference (unless I misunderstood something) but the King appoints the Prime Minister…
Here also the king 'appoints' the prime minister and the prime minister can only assume power once the king 'consents', it's just a tradition and only for maintaining the ritual though, as the prime minister is democratically elected.
If anyone wants to know how the succession, regency and duties work in a constitutional monarchy, have a look at the British royal family. I thought it was very much modelled after it (one of the few large constitutional monarchies left in the world) with the king having not much power in governing, but has a lot of attention/celebrity status.
