The masked cloaked guy was not in the original source material but I think they are probably trying to connect it to the one of the final villain groups who are made up of people with ghost/demon masks. They probably felt that introducing them later as main villain is not strong enough. Qin Chen is currently too weak to fight the 2 enemies in episode 1, so they will probably not appear again.

Actually correction: The other princess might be the girl with the sword in the poster. So we will have 3 girls in this arc
