Basically realestate families are the last type of an industry that resembles the old world dynasties where you transfer power from father to sons. A large fund/bank or tech company these days fluctuate too much and leadership doesnt always get passed down like that.
3. China is having its biggest realestate default year where the entire country is re evaluating their faith in the industry and this show picked a right time to air by showing us all the problems in the business.

Yeah Duan Nao is an alien who came to earth with his advanced ship hosting the games in them. He goes to planets that are near extinction to find the strongest and capable people that can preserve the cultures of those civilizations that are about to die. And he sees earth as a universal threat to other civilizations. He wants to end the human race and use the winners of the game to rebuild it. His arrival is prompting all the countries to increase their military and if you watch the short anime show in the end of the last episode they gave a clip of the battle ships trying to fight the robot girl. The robot girl transforms into a super power girl and wipes the ships out.

So there are 2 reasons. 1. Wang Xian Zhi deep down thinks Li Chun Guang is above him. 2. Wang Xian Zhi is scared of being number 1 because the only way to level up/ascend is by fighting with someone stronger than you. This is why everyone wants to fight him.
