OMG i see the trailer next week and i get the fact about JC age. He 900.000 years old. Wowwww..... i speechless...…
Not sure if you’re still wondering but in ep 58. JC mentions to his mentor that he was taken in as a child 160,000 years ago so he’s likely in the 160s for age which makes him like 110,000+ years older than LX.
Only thing that would’ve made it better is if they had cut back on the mortal realm and put that time towards the ending. I felt like the ending was rushed and even though YT was built up to be the main antagonist for most the show, she just literally walked off and died after some abrupt dialogue with JC which made her look weak and misguided instead of some diabolical mastermind.
Overall I enjoyed it and could see myself rewatching it.
eeeeek! can someone please help clarify something? YF once did something that caused QY's mortal husband (San…
I have no idea. But she seemed especially bitter when she brought up that YF got stupid drunk and flooded some mountain where all the eternal burning wood originally was? So I was thinking maybe it was that? She hasn’t really brought anything else up. TBH I can’t even recall how her mortal hubby died
He goes and fights YT and JX and ends up back at Changsea Hai ‘resting’. Wakes up in a few thousand years and LX is waiting for him with their daughter (scene with their daughter was shown in a spoiler/trailer last week).
I’m happy to see LX mature in the way she views their relationship instead of following JC around like a lovesick puppy. Like her dialogue with QY about how he treats her like a child and doesn’t consult her in decisions. Or when she tells him she has to sort her selves out (a bit more of an excuse than reality).
I don’t understand why such a highly anticipated show would be so painfully slow with subtitles. I really don’t…
Someone posted further down but croton is relying on volunteer subbers and I think she said she was the only one doing it or that there was only a few of them.
Whereas if Netflix picks them up then they have paid subbers.
I wish we could see how she went down. 50 dead like that feels like a death sentence to me.
I know. Wishful thinking on my part. Both YT and YF are not in the ep 51-56 trailer. Wondering if they are trying to keep that storyline in suspense or they won’t reappear before then

Also, this is 16 years in the past? So when do they return to the ‘present’ or do we watch 16 years go by?
