She’s a mortal essentially so she needed the alluring jade to make a divine essence out of her primordial spirit.
I don’t think it can do it on its own. Also it seemed to me that they needed one of those to survive whether it was her divine essence or the evil bone?
Pls what does it mean that Bucheng have the love threadPls someone should explain more for meDon’t understand
She stole someone else’s love thread. My guess is she took the thread from whoever should have been destined to have been married to the crown prince. So she essentially stole their love destiny.
I have had to come back to this series twice and finally finished it. At the end of it I felt like I was way more invested in Ah Fu and Luo Ming’s story than I was the main couple.
Finished the series today and I really liked the actors in this. They kept it engaging but their roles were written so poorly and made them all so shallow. No real character development.
LYF: super old but always makes the wrong choices. And is terrible to be in a relationship with. Also, did he really have to kill her the first time? 🙄 XTX/MY: had some promise but dies for basically no real reason. Why go confront LYF? He’s powerful, he could have gotten the phoenix blood himself. Also, promises to always be with her and a hot minute later goes to get offed by LYF 🤦🏻♀️ ZH: while I appreciated his undying devotion to her. It became delusional and caused him to make irreparable damage to his character. His selfish pursuit of CZ basically killed his dad and ruined his tribe. QK: only one remotely worthy of getting CZ but is consistently a letdown in that he isn’t really around when stuff goes down like when she was in the ice prison. WJ: was oddly a great character. Story went downhill after he died. WY: was consistently reliable to be the reasonable one. He just watches everything unfold. CZ: I found her whiny and immature. TX: apparently the diabolical genius antagonist in this series because no one seemed to be able to see through her schemes. And LYF only found out in the end when she basically spilled her guts.
I also saw Song of the Moon and apparently it’s based on Wang Yue? I don’t know but that one didn’t have a stellar ending either. And dragged on midway.
I’ve never read the novels but I’m guessing they were good to get made into dramas but the screenwriters and directors really let the viewers down with these two series.
Ok, so here are the remaining episodes from 35-41. Yes, I said 41. The apps show you what happens 100 years later...enjoy!Episode…
Thanks for the summary. I watched it online for free so no subtitles so tried my best to understand what was going on with some very basic Chinese skills.
Can you tell me who Wang Yue really was? I remember they were shocked at the end and I made out that they said he wasn’t actually from the demon realm???
