its going to be weird watching Bright as the good guy after watching the Giver but I was quite impressed with his acting there and I have nothing to do and its weekend so I'm going to give this drama a go and then aftter that The Last Promise, because you know, its Tor

Okay, just finished, here are my thoughts. Cute couple. I mean not the best not even perhaps on my top 10 but they're cute. Sure there are some cliche elements to their relationship and there's that misunderstanding and mistrust which I usually hate because you know so effin' typical but somehow its bearable in this drama. I didn't like it. But I can look past it. I like that Ping experienced something horrible in her life and she came back to exact revenge but she's not the usual good girl turned bad girl kind of lead that you usually see in these type of dramas, you can see that even when she's back for revenge she still managed to retain her good heart and her hatred didn't full consume her. There's still that hint of remorse that she's doing what she's doing, specailly when she's with Cho. You can see the conflict in her and she accepted the consequences of her actions in the end and paid for it. Now that folks is a happy ending that's well dereved. I'd rate this an 8. I liked it.

Okay so 1st I want to mention, I love this couple. Another coupling done right. I'm on episode 5 and i thought they were going to pull that noble idiocy thing you see in every freaking drama out there but nooooo....they were almost at that point and then took a right turn at the most unexpected moment, amazing. For those who have watched this drama can you recommend to me something similar if there is I might just start loving romance dramas again. and can I just mention the real selling point of this drama for me? Woman't not hard to get !!!!!!! Which is so rare in drama land, that's drama gold. I mean I can count with my fingers fls like these and I mean with just one hand. its like 1% of fls in drama land. You go girl, you rock.

P.S: Hiran's a disgusting piece of sh*** and Fah even more so . Like you meet Mr. Handsome Rich guy and you're willing to look past every nasty things he's done to your family including killing your parents and you just decide you're going to put all the blame on your brother who has done nothing but protect you and look after you. That makes her the worst character ever. Even worse than the supposed to be bad guys. Girl, you suck. You don't even deserve to breathe the same air as the fl, you might contaminate her...

I realize I sound like a hater but that's okay because I do hate her. And Hiran. Not the drama though , drama's excellent so far.

edited: Done with the drama! Damn it I was saving it for the weekend but I just can't.stop.watching. Last time I was this excited about a drama because of the romance was 10 years ago and after that the romance in dramas just keep turning me off and causing me to drop dramas left and right but this one's different. The main couple here has perhaps the healthiest relationship I've ever seen. They fell in love and none of them played hard to get they just admitted their feelings outrightly and after that even though things became hell they never even for just a split second stopped loving and trusting and supporting each other now that my folks is how romance should be written not like the usual things we've been getting in dramas with same formula every single time.. Now for the actors lets start with Thor, the only drama he's been in that I watched was Hua Jain Sila , a drama which I kinda liked a little bit, alright not that much(it follows the same formula for revenge dramas so not impressed)but this guy knows how to make an impression. He's a great actor and I love his character here for the fl, she did a great job some say she and thor don't have much chemistry, I beg to disgree, but then again chemistry is very sujective so i depends on the viewer but for me they have chemistry aplenty. For Hiram we'll his portrayal was very effective because he can make you hate the character but at the same time he can also make you feel that the character is quite pitiful by the end when his redemption arc came, personally I thought he was beyond redemption but the actor managed to make me feeel that there is still hope for the character -I just wished they started his redemption arc earlier than the LAST FREAKING EPISODE!!! As for Fah well actress is beautiful and I do think she did a good job but Fahrung's character I just didn't like her, Okay maybe I did start liking her starting ep 9 when she finally finally grew a pair and also some brain cells. but before that she's the character that made me want to throw my shoes at my laptop everytime she comes on screen. Overall though amazing drama. Enthralling story. Lovely main couple and whoever is reading this , since you took the time to read this long ass review you might as well watch the drama because its excellent

Okay so tried watching this because I love the korean version and after watching thai remake of remember you and tunnel I had high hopes for thai remakes. I tried to like this, I really did, until I can't anymore. Nadech's attack on the role is okay at best and Matt, well I didn't have high expectations on this because let's be honest Jun Ji Hyun made this character and I knew from the get go no one can top that performance but I at least expect Matt's version to be acceptable and I hate to be too critical but it wasn't . By the time I reached the 7th ep, I don't know if I should be mad at myself for wasting time watching the drama or I should be mad at the drama for wasting my time. Since I don't like self blame, I decided I'm mad at the drama.

I have work in a few hours, I'm supposed to be sleeping. But then I found this and I'm like, who needs sleep?

i'm on the 3rd episode and when I first went into this I thought Sky was going to be my fave because I just loved that character in the korearn version but nope...I love Yak. Guy's a laughtrip.

Edit: Alright done! Woot I just love a good weekend drama marathon. And I enjoyed this one. Another thai remake done right. I got traumatized with My Love From the Star (Thai) and I was so freakin afraid that this is gonna be a disaster like that one, fortunately its not so my faith in thai remakes has been restored. Thank you Bad Guys. Its awesome. Honesty I watched the Korean version of this years ago when it first came out but I guess it didn't leave much of an impression since I got into this and I was trying to remember what the plot on that one was but I just can't remember. Only thing I remember there was Park Hae Jin for obvious reasons lol. And with that being said, I actually like this version better. I love the pacing, I love the story and I think this one gave more emphasis to the relationship that blossomed between the so called 'mad dogs' They started out as reluctant allies to being ready to die for each other and protect each other at any cost. I don't remember their friendship being this strong in the korean version. Sky is obviously their baby lol and Yak ohhh man, this guy just grew on me, he provided the comedic relief in this gory drama but he's also freaking kick ass. All of them are. Even the female lead. Surprise surprise, I actually like her. Usually in dramas like these thats male centric female leads are the most unbearable and unnecesary character who people usually hate but not this lady. She belongs in the group. She's earned her spot because she's just as effin badass as the rest of them are.

Okay now on to the next drama. WHo needs sleep anyway?

Yey, another great find. I loved this drama. Its a great drama about friendship, I'm glad they didn't focus about love story and the friendship between the characters are center stage. I was hoping as much based on the title although the subtext between Lin Xiao and Shao nian's relationship is quite obvious I'm surprised they passed censorship. I guess its because even with that the drama managed to maintain its wholesomeness. I highly recommend this drama. Two thumbs up

So base on the comments below, it seems like the guy doesn't deserve the girl? Well that's a very welcome change. On to watch the show, I'm sick of watching dramas where its the other way around which is probably 98 % of all the dramas out there unfortunately

My sentiments exactly. Every. Single. Time. It's always the male who's all puppy dog and clingy and its irritating but some people seem to find it "cute" and while I respect its their opinion and all its definitely not mine. Its rare to find a drama watcher who agrees w/ me when it comes to this kind of stuff, so I'll take advantage, do you have any drama recommendations for the exact opposite of clingy ml lol

how is it that I've enjoyed this drama tremendously when I first watched it and now that I'm watching it again after a year its even better than I remember it to be? Dang, if anyone can recommend me a drama similar to this (and I mean with amazing friendship) I would greatly appreciate it, I feel like i've watched all the good brotherly love dramas that I've run out of it now and I'm now on the hunt. I've watched Once Upon a time in Liangjiang Mountain, Ultimate Note, Hikaru no Go, School 2013, Being a hero, Nirvana on fire 1 and 2, L.O.R.D, Psychhunter, Remember you, Chief Kim. Somebody tell me there's still more out there, I am begging. lol

The drama was okay, it didn't really manage to hold my attention specially during the last part. The only drama I watched starring yang yang was My Sweet Glory and the Lost Tomb, this for me is his best work so far, and yes after seeing this you can no longer say that he's nothing more than a pretty face. His acting was quite impressive but I guess this kind of drama just isn't my cup of tea. I gave this a try because they say it lacks romance and I'm so sick of romance so hell yea and I did like the beginning but like I said it didn't hold my attention so yea,. I think the problem here is I liked the characters better at the 1st part, I found them endearing like mad dog xiao tan and that commander, forgot his name but yea he's awesome and of course Zhang Tian Yang, that good looking selfless amazing man, lol . I liked that squad, I like them more than I like the ML and that's why when that part of the story was over, so was my attention span. I'm not a big fan of Yan's character as either, I never really liked characters with such big ego and his was ginormous, I was already halfway through the story and there's still no improvement in his character and by the time his character undergone the changes I wanted to see it was already too late for me and I'm already fast forwarding my way to the end of the drama,, This may not be a popular opinion because many seem to like the drama but its not just for me.

So usually, I disagree with some of the reviews here in mydramalist. But this time is an exemption, this drama is indeed mediocre at best. The plot, the twist, the acting are all meh. Its too bad that this is my first Chen Fei yu drama, because I am so unimpressed. no offense to his fans, maybe I should've started with evernight. Anyway the only saving grace of this show is the friendship of Lu Ping and Yan Xi Fan, that's it. That's the only good thing about this drama. Everything else is just bad.

Just finished this and wow.. .I'm just kinda blown away. I wasn't expecting much when I started this but dang drama, what a surprise you turned out to be. I cautioned myself at first not to expect too much when it comes to the friendship of the two leads so imagine my surprise as I watch the drama and start to realize little by little that this is all about their friendship, their brotherhood and its epic. Its like for the whole duration of the drama they're just fighting each other but its doesn't take a genius to see that they're actually fighting for each other. Trusting a grey character like WZF goes against every grain of CY's character but he does anyway . He tries to fight it but but a bigger part of him wants to believe WZF, he tries to reason out that he's doing it all in the name of "duty" but I see through you, buddy. You trust your brotha. That's it.

The plot is not usually my cup of tea but I just can't stop watching because its quite gripping, its not perfect or anything but thanks to the wonderful portrayal of the actors you just can't tear your eyes off screen. I've seen Chen Xiao in Dream of Splendor so I did expect this level of acting from him. I knew he was gonna kill this role and he did, Wang Yibo though, man, he;s something else. This I was not expecting. I only saw him in Untamed and while he did good in that drama and yes its still one of my fave dramas, I didn't know that he could pull off this role. But not only did he pull it off, he knocked it out of the park, If this is the route that he's taking in his career then the boy is doing it right. I'm glad that he's venturing into these kind of dramas and I say keep it up. He's getting out of the comfort zone and taking on these challenging characters that will serve him well in the future, boy's going places and I'm actually excited to see what his future roles would be.

Finally, a drama that deserves the hype. I'm only on episode 28 but this is officially the best drama I've watched for the year 2022. The acting is top notch and Dylan Wang is just phenomenal, Esther is the cutest little orchid, not the prettiest actress but as the drama goes on she just gets lovelier and lovelier and the lead's chemistry is just amazing. I've been shying away from romance dramas for the longest time but I kinda got caught up with all the buzz going around this drama so I caved in and haven't regretted it one damn bit. I love the characters, I love the plot and surprisingly I love the love story. Pay attention drama writers, this is how you create a love story.

I get sick of the push and pull and will they won't they troupe when it comes to dramas, most of what I've watched in the past creates amazing male leads chasing a female lead who's totally unworthy of their attention, hence I dropped so many dramas and stayed away from romance. But this one, this drama, this adorable little orchid deserves this amazing Lord Supreme's love because she gave as much love as she got. That's all I've ever wanted in a story. Equal love. Not one loving one more than the other. Not one doing all the work while the other just sits there waiting to be chased. Is that too much to ask? Can I have another one like this drama? Please drama gods, this drama is soooo popular, please follow the pattern and create more stories like this,
