The show is actually not that bad. Kept me entertained. Not my new favorite but just enough to past time. Peope are right, the acting is not up to par but the level of eye candy is through the roof. Usually i drop dramas if i see that kind of acting but man win's cute smile and do i even need to explain why i like bright's face? Can't. Stop. Looking. They're young anyway and they can still improve on their acting. Story line wise i liked the first half... 2nd half, i just tried to bear with it because there are cute moments. But the level ofFrustration that tiny misunderstanding caused...ack.

Anyway...would i recommend this series? Uhm yes? Only if you have plenty of time to waste like me. If not and you're busy and just have time for dramas with great storyline and good acting, check out a tale of a thousand stars, and then thank me later for that absolutely marvelous recommendation. Lol

Wow. Am i glad i didn't listen To the negative reviews on this one because i woulve missed out on a great cp. Im talking about li cheng and mu ren of course. The other couple i skipped their scenes even though xing si is cutest most adorable bunny ever because the other one's actions are deplorable. How they paint it as 'romantic' is beyond what my brain can process.

But back to the main couple, i just love their story, i love their attitude and i love their openness. They had their issues but i love how they dealt with those issues: maturely and honestly. Now was that so hard?

Misunderstandings can be shut down by talking...save you all the grief and leaves you more time to cuddle.

I had a great time watching those two and their fan girls and of course cutie xing si, the other one...never mind him. If your watching this and also cant settle with his behavior do what i did, skip. You ff xing si, too a lot but thats a price im willing to pay. I still got a lot of xing si's cute moments with his friends so that's enough to tide me over.

Lol at last someone who agrees with me about mimi. They did say she gets better and im on ep 36 right now and still waiting for that to happen. Doesn't matter much though, im just enjoying our leads, one measly character will not ruin a good watching experience.

Hope so. She really doesn't bother me much coz like i said i ff her scenes but now that she's part of the arc im watching i can't ff or i might miss something important.

Now on episode 34 and im loving it. I love how the relationship between changge and a sun developed and im even liking leyan and hou du a bit. Not more than the main couple though. I would've liked the drama way more if mimi wasnt part of it, that worthless piece of clingy sh- character. She doesn't deserve and inch of sher's affection and sher is supposedly the villain but he grew on me. Why is it that in almost every chinese historical drama they add a completely useless character, give her a story which is a complete waste of time? My fingers are freakin tired from fast forwarding her scenes. But yea, aside from that waste of space character i do love everything else about this drama..

I decided to give this bl a pass before because i heard somewhere along the lines of off`s character is kinda gonna suffer in the end and i dont wanna watch my puppy suffer so i was like skip...next please but after watching a tale from a thousand stars i decided to give bls another try. At least bl with actors who can act... And i know with certainty that off and gun can act.

I just finished the first episode and had a change of heart. Please make off`s character suffer. I want kai to suffer so bad. My poor third. Kick that little puppy. I want retribution!!!

Anyway what can i cay, its full of crying, does gun have some sort of water hose in his eyes? I cant say i love the drama but my bar is set too high i guess, i did like it. I love bl but the only ones i finished among them all are sotus, love sick, he's coming to me, a tale of a thousand stars and now this, the rest i tried to watch but cant get past through the 3rd episde mark. So yeah, thats like 5 dramas watched and around 50ish dropped, fact that i did finish this in one sitting, yup, i marathoned it 4 pm to 4 am, they mustve done something right

Amen to that. I just saw it aired for like two months, torture indeed. I discovered this last night and marathoned it the whole day. Just stopped to cook myself food. It was awesome watching experience. What a nice day. Now i just watched the 'airport scene' again. And again.

Wow! Mind blown! This series. Guys this series. If your trying to decide whether or not to watch this here's my advice: you need this in your life. This is the bl show I didn't know I need. I thought nothing could top sotus as far as bls are concerned but consider Sotus dethroned. This show, everything about it is just perfection. Tian and Phupha define chemistry and their love story just blew me away. Now this is how you weave a story. It tugs your heart strings. You giggle. You scream. You smile. You cry. You fall in love.

Ive seen earth in some bls before and I used to skip his scenes because well... I do that a lot with side couples, i did think he was cute but that was the extent of my opinion about him, but he was very effective in his role here, he grabbed my attention with his charm. Mix on the other hand, oh my freakin gosh, this guy is a newbie in acting? Like for real? Actingwise he is waaayyy better than any of the thai actors ive watched. I would think he's been acting since he was an infant. Talent. He's a true talent.

The side characters are heck funny too with all that shipping.

I can honestly say that this is a show that doesnt need a season 2 because the ending, just like the whole show was perfect. Season 2 might ruin it and i swear if they ruin this show i will wreak hell!!!! Leave them alone, they have the happy ending they deserve. So yeah. I love this, watch this and thank me later, lol.

P. S im glad i discovered this late because if i watched this while it was airing, i wouldve suffered.

I'm actually re reading the book for the nth time coz i really loved it but nothing compares to the feeling of reading it the 1st time and you get slapped on the face with one revelation after another. My jaw hurt. I had to stop reading a few times because i was like " Did the author just-" "did that just happen? " It was awesome. Enjoy. And suffer. Like the rest of us.

Oh you think that was heart breaking.? Brace yourself. Just a friendly advise. I wish somebody told me that when i was reading the novel. But NO ONE WARNED ME. NO ONE WARNED ME..

I thought i was the only one who got bored. I actually stopped watching around episode 4 then gave it another go after about a month but no change. Still bored. So just rewatched my fave cdramas

I'm starting to think I have weird taste in dramas because dramas like this one which people love im not getting the hype. Its funny. And i do think the lead actress did a fantastic job but story wise... I'm not feeling it. I watched this at the same time as prince of tennis 2019 and i way way prefer the latter. I dunno. Maybe ive moved on from kdramas because lately i feel like chinese dramas are ramping up their game... Its sad. I was a kdrama addict but this entire quarantine period my otg contained 80% cdrama and 20 % kdramas... I mean ultimate note, crossfire, hikaru no go, once upon a time in liangjiang mountain no kdramas lately came close to the enjoyment those four dramas brought me. I thought this one was gonna turn the tide back but naaahhhh....and im not talking about the ending which people are enraged about im talking about the drama as a whole ive fast forwarded this midpoint because i just started getting bored. But thats just my two cents.

Watched this just to see yin kong shi alive. To say that i fast forwarded 90 % of the drama is sadly not an exaggeration. I have never ff a drama as much as i did with this one and i feel like i didnt miss out on anything. Xing jiu was very cute though. But cmon is anyone gonna believe that feng suo is 27 years old? I mean gimme a break. I mean if youre gonna cast an older actor to act like a young character can't you cast an old actor who looks young? I sound like such a hater im aware... I sound mean even to me but but... Aurgh. And once again shi has to make great sacrifices for his big brother (there you go i just realized why i hate feng suo or ka suo) its always shi who does all the hard work. My poor boy. Just let him die already. Its okay. No one is gonna be sad. Well you'll be sad but you'll get over it

I don't even like tennis so my pessimism when i started this was high. When i watched the 1st episode i was amused. And then the second and third and then i started to become afraid that ill finish it so fast and there would be nothing good to watch.

This is the 1st sports drama that i watched where i was so affected every match. In hikaru no go and crossfire both of which i freakin love to bits and pieces, i didn't care that much who wins or loses every competition but this one is different. I just want them to win so bad because they deserve it. They're all awesome. My favorite was si yang. What a character. To command that much respect and awe from even his rivals he is truly a legend. 2nd was jia le... That bouncing ball of cuteness... I just want to keep that little puppy and who cannot love qiao chen? I mean...c'mon. What shocked me though was jing wu because i hated him. Like freakin loathed that arrogant jerk. And then all it took was one episode and i ship his bromance with si yang... Si yang...the best captain in the world and jing wu the demon captain. I was all in with that ship. They_tie with the golden partners. Some likes si yang's friendship with zhou zhi and i do love zhou zhi but si yang and jing wu is just it for me.

On a side note this has the most adorable dad in the world. Usually i skip scenes with the parents in dramas. But not this parent. This parent is just as awesome as the rest of the team. I adore him.

Anyway if you're here and you're hesitating watching this here's my advice: dont hesitate. Watch it. Watch it right now. You won't regret it. This has friendship. Comedy. Heart pounding matches. Inspiring characters (you'll even love the so called antagonists yes jing wu im looking at you.)

Done. 1st i definitely didn't see that level of brotherhood coming. These guys are like sam and dean of china. I loved it. The bromance was a pleasant surprise. Although...i gotta agree william feng does look old for the role of ka suo.... I dont have anything against older actors playing younger roles if they can pull it off but in here its just awkward. Ma tian yu did pull it off so we dont have to look far for an example. I think this drama wouldve been better if shi was the mc because he freakin carried the show. His character was waaayyy more interesting, i was bored to tears with ka suo. Not saying i didnt enjoy the show though because the rest of the characters made up for it and like i said i loved the dynamics of the brothers relationship. Mainly because of shi.

I liked the cgi and the characters are beautiful..the storylines kept me entertained although i did skip some_of ka suo's scenes because i was sick and tired of his one expression face...no_offense to his fans, this is just my opinion. I liked li luo and yanda and that dreamweaver guy. But i looooveddd yin kong shi...he more than made up for anything this show is lacking
