The other one's life of joy ended in early childhood when his mother died. He then endured childhood living with a hate filled drunk of a father...who isn't his biological father. His early adult life experiences proved to be by far worse. He was kidnapped, shot. He lost the ability to do what he cherished the most in his life...play the piano. For years he lived in seclusion and fear...like a hunted animal. He feels betrayed by the person he loved the most.
