they're just rumors... I think MR is coming soon
Generally the drama is not required to finish editing to get the license. Like fued, I heard they were in the process of retouching CGi while they started broadcasting coz Iqiyi was rushing. It’s just minor final retouching. This update came 2-3 days ago, so they are probably done now

I am a bit confused I read on twitter on Zhou Ye's fan page that it will be wrapped on 23rd July and on Xu Kai's…
Initially I also thought it’s 23rd under one of the filming reuter videos, I asked and they said it’s 23rd. But today on weibo it says 25th (mostly on xukai fanpages I think)

Final touches probably mean they are almost done with the drama. I don’t know the entire process. But that’s what I saw on rednote yesterday

Post production team are adding final touches now. This drama requires heavy CGI and yesterday the production team said we will get it soon 🤞. July will be the best. But as of now, August is safer

It looks like MR, FI and YOC are all S+ dramas, so is this one an S+ drama too?
MR is S+. I don’t think FI and YOC are S+, if they are, then people usually say it, especially marketing accounts, when announcing a drama. But not once I heard FI and YOC are S+. Especially since YOC hasn’t even announced their platform. As for this one, I heard this is from a good production house under tencent, not necessarily S+

not Tencent pulling a Youku 💀 these companies are catering more for the older generation, and its unfair to…
Let’s say if WOL was scheduled for a certain day. And a few days before the release, a certain drama steals the slot and WOL has to be postponed. Kinda like that.

I am pissed right now I wanna cry. I’m in the middle of a bad internship and this happens I’m screaming
I actually referred it to the king drama (aka narcotics operations) but I think it’s unclear. This kind of narcotics dramas mainly has a large casual audience including generally people like us. So basically those 100 million pissed fans of raba, xukai and lusi can be considered viewers of narcotics operations drama IF THEY ARE NOT pissed. Since people are angry, they won’t watch that drama. Like even as a XK fan, I still watch other dramas. But this whole thing made me not watch it, even if I initially wanted to. Am I clear ?????

what is tribute dramas?
Dramas that generally show professions like police, doctors, military dramas, firefighters. For instance fire investigator, medical examiner doctor Qin, we are criminal police. They are also different from romance dramas with these professions. Like fire works in my heart is not a tribute drama since the main focus is romance.

Fans of diliraba are pissed coz it’s her drama slot that got robbed, xu Kai , Lusi and other actor fans are pissed coz it impacts their schedules. Raba has 80+million followers on weibo XK has 23m and Lusi has 30m roughly. So I said 100million just adding weibo followers. Don’t take it seriously pls

Is that Dilraba's Sword Rose airing on 28 July? And Love's Ambition should also be released soon this month. So…
Just discovered that CCTV dramas doesn’t require license to air. Passing review is fine. They can obtain license while broadcasting or even after it.

Literally everyone is praying it flops but unfortunately that kinda drama hardly flops coz of the big audience. But for sure this whole thing pissed 100 million people who also belong to the potential audience of this king drama. Fingers crossed it flops and tencent will loose

China do have corruption. Getting exposed depends on who you offend. But this is a case of resource rich ness not necessarily corruption or bribing or any sort. If they t know the right people, this is like asking for a favor over a dinner chat

I feel like this is a prime example why you can’t announce a drama schedule in two or more weeks advance coz then other platforms will throw out their own dramas to compete or like this situation another drama can rob the slot through connection. Anyways the industry is in a slump as long as the drama airs I’m fine. Problem is- it’s been months and it’s still not jere

I mean these are profit seeking companies I don’t have high hopes for them. And the whole point of summer vacation is entertainment, romance, costume dramas coz the main audience aka kids are at home. Serious dramas have a larger casual audience any time of the year. Literally everyone is questioning what’s going on in Chinese social media

Is this for real, i been waiting and hoping mr will air in july, i hope this is just a fake rumor 😕
They are already doing it. I won’t say names but ten cents current viewership is 8% while Youku is 33% last time I checked which is embarrassing, so they are pushing all the dramas away and paving way for the king 😒
