Very. They dont know how to communicate with each other. A simple misunderstanding that could've been resolved by a 2 minute convo is what separated them in the first place and when they get a second chance It takes alot for them to ACTUALLY talk. you get the feeling that they never discussed anything substantial in their first life together. Somewhere in the middle ML attempts to rape FL but its okay because *LOVE* 🥴 FL never considers others feelings, her first solution to any kind of problem is divorce, can not decide if she love ML or SML or if she can she just strings them along both. She uses people as pawns in politics and acts surprised when she is told that her actions hurt her loved ones ML is a pathetic loser that loves his wife from afar and watches her get wooed by a eunuch for god know what reason but can not move on from her either. these 2 are SO TOXIC
Im on episode 6 and I had to pause on minute 43 and laugh. the camera work and music is so dramatic and for what? I have skipped alot already ngl. But Im watching for the pairing
I thought he is gonna have a blowup in popularity after Lovely Runner. I was waiting for him to show up in a few more projects. now he is enlisted. hope he get many opportunities when he comes back
imagine that the crazy ex got lost after the break up, we never got to know his family, 2nd couple had more screen time+ romance and there was no antagonist /uncle. Im convinced that even writers hate what they write nowadays. They said ROMCOM???? here... damn 😒whatever
taking a break helped actually. do not binge this at all. Also do not watch for romance. be warned that main couple are a both unpleasant but the rest is good. the palace drama is great. and it looks good
She wasn’t homeless in Love Next Door, but, yes, even in Playfull Kiss she lost her house 🥺😳
I loved it. I dont know your taste so I dont know if I recommend it but its 52 episode family drama and its very tropey ( identity swap, fake sibling, Rich guy/poor girl, annoying in laws etc). Somin and Lee jun have insane chemistry there and their kiss is so good

I mean in love next door she technically wasn't but she was still searching for home. not a house but a home. she didn't think she had one in the US nor with her parents. That seems to be a repeated thing for her characters. Even in my father is strange where her character had amazing supportive family and lived with them to the very end, she wanted to leave the house for a period of time but didn't have the money. I love that drama so much
