Her illness affects her memories/ recollection of events. This can also affect her trauma, (she has one that's why everytime she imagine her self in the snow) and cause her hallucinations.

Great acting from both leads. The story...I liked the first half better, focusing on his struggles but the second half is kinda weird. Didn't liked the fact that he overdose to "save her" and left his auditon to save her again. What about his goals? His mom died to keep him alive and he ruins everything for someone he meet months ago? Unrealistic and everything was done in the name of Love. The actress that plays Marie did a great job because if it was someone else, I wouldn't finish this for sure
