Maybe they wanted to show the audience why she can't just break up with him? If she comes back and doesn't break up with him right away, people would question why she just doesn't leave him already. I think this is the way they found to show us that he is violent plus she doesn't have money to run away so she needs to make a plan. I kinda like this approach because victims of DM need to do the same in order to escape is realistic.
TheWOWWW first episode was so good. The husband... OMGG How can you HATE a character in 10 minutes of a drama? His wife just found out she is sick and he is wondering who will make his meals? Oh hell nah, he is so violent I just hope someone will whoop his as$ before this drama ends.
This movie is perfect. I love the chemistry and how natural this relationship is. Seeing them kiss and bug each other hurts so much to see that ending...

I think the drama will focus in their personal lives and not in their careers. Maybe they will show them at the hospital in some scenes, but the hospital will not be the focus.
Comedy and acting was great but the storyline... I still don't get it why they want to be together! We saw only one scene, where the ML misunderstood the intentions of the FM and that was it. The cheating acussations, both of them don't defend their partner when necessary, they yell, scream and call each other nasty names all the time. No reason to be together at all. I think they were more afraid to be alone, that's why they stick together.
It's a shame, I was expecting more from the story 7.5.
