i'm like 99,9% sure the kid is not thee's because this is not that kind of show. and by "that kind" i…
I agree with you on both points. Some people seem upset that the preview shows Thee and Pha with their baby. I believe there is a twist that even Rati was not aware of. Remember he has been away so I am thinking he just assumes the baby is theirs.

Title The Promise of the Soul Spoiler
I have had mixed feelings about this series but as a grandparent I would want my grandchild to have another chance at life. I have lived my life. I know how it feels to truly love and I also knows the pain of losing the love of your life. I dont feel sorry for grandpa. He has had his moments in the sun. This has certainly been an experience for him but like he said he has no regrets. Now it is time to give his grandson that same chance. It reminds me of a situation where my husband was faced with a life threatening diagnosis. The best option was for our youngest son to be an organ donor. Without hesitation my husband said no….his son had his life to live and he did not want him to be constrained in any way. He never changed his mind. Of course since this is fiction anything is possible.

Ep 11 was so beautiful! It was not the dark and gloomy storm I expected. It was filled with love and hope despite the dreadful
grandmother. I am so happy to see how the female fiancee turned out to be a true friend and the part the friends and even his father played in helping
Rati get a proper sendoff.
Now I just have to hold my breathe and hope there is still a chance for them to get a happy ending.

Based on the latest previews things are about to heat up. This s__t is getting real! Buckle up because I sense all hell breaking loose. Who is going to fall and who will be left standing? Personally, I have no idea and that is what makes this series one of the best ones this year. Get your tissues ready. The only thing I am happy about is this series is only eight episodes. More than that would be just too much for this weak soul to handle. If anyone is looking for a lala happy ending for either of our couples I feel you are going to be very disappointed.

Yes exactly that scene was so shocking tbh cause....idk I am also in the corporate world and if my boss came out…
I agree. I know this is fiction but I do believe writers and directors need to do their homework as to whether a certain scene is even logical. To assume your audience would not question the
reality in my opinion undermines the intelligence of the viewer.
Take care.

I don't think it even matters at this point how many of us novel readers (or people who have been following Boun/Prem…
That is exactly why I will continue to support Boun and Prem as well as the rest of the cast who have worked so hard. I hope there will be enough of us to drown out the haters and base our analysis on the quality of the work and not on some preconceived notion .

Nice episode nut I still dont trust Tuo’s boss. I also have my own personal viewpoint of the hotel scene. I was in the business world and business trips were common. Every one had there own room. It was considered unprofessional to do otherwise. And your supervisor certainly would not appear in a robe. Maybe times have changed but that still rubbed me the wrong way. I still sense trouble ahead. Of course
Jun’s boss is a prick.

Title If You Wish Upon Me Spoiler
I am on ep 11 and I cant stop watching. It gives such a heart wrenching depiction of life. The pain of rejection, the despair of unrequited love, the daily struggle that comes with life. No matter our status we all bear scars. At 77 years old I face my own mortality every day. My dying wish is not to die in a cold, sterile hospital hooked up to machines. All of my loved ones died in hospitals…my mom, my dad, my aunts, my uncles, my stillborn baby girl. So I do all I can to avoid hospitals. Makes no rational sense. I remember when my aunt died. Her dying wish was to be buried in her hometown. It was over 900 miles away. She had not been there since she left as a young woman which was over 40 years. My mom was her youngest sister. She and my dad had moved back after they retired. My aunt had one child, a son. He was determined to fulfill his mother’s last dying wish. He only had me by his side. When I called my mother to tell her what our plans were she tried to convince us not to come. She gave all the reasons why we should not come…,,the distance, the church burial grounds had not been kept up, most of our relatives lived in our current city, it would be costly,,,,she went on and on. When she finally finished I calmly told her my cousin was determined to carry out his mom’s last wishes and I would be helping him. I gave her the date we would be driving down and the name of the funeral home he was having her body sent to by train. When we arrived my mom and dad had taken care of everything. It had not been easy but they did it. My cousin fulfilled his mom’s last wish. I stood by him as he wept. His own last wish was not to be cremated. I fulfilled his last wish. And when I die he and I will only be a few feet from each other. We will be together again. So this series is personal to me.

The crazy thing is, homosexuality was 'legalised' in 1956! Society took a long time to catch up!
It is 2025 and there are aggressive attempts to turn the clock back to pre 1956.

Title Shine (Orchestric Ver.) Spoiler
People are so upset about the cheating with no understanding or compassion for the untold numbers of men and women…
Yes people would benefit by reading actual historical accounts of what it was like to be gay in the sixties and seventies. I still remember working for a large corporation. When the equal rights bill was passed the first openly gay workers we hired were ostracized and ridiculed by the so called straight construction workers. Listen to the stories retired gay professional athletes now tell about having to stay in the closet. As you say marriage and having children was a protective mechanism. Even in the churches. People walked in eggshells lest they be outed. When my own gay cousin traveled with our family it was an unspoken rule that he could not bring his partner or be seen being affectionate with another male. We were all very protective of him because we knew his life was at risk . I often imagine how he must have felt internally. I saw him once where he suddenly felt free enough to express himself despite the stares from others. I was happy but sad for him that he could not be his authentic self. I also feel sorry for the women in such marriages. I have another cousin who knew her fiancee had gay tendencies but they married anyway. He thought he could suppress his sexual desires. He was an only son and at the urging of his mother got married. It did not last. He was a good person. He loved my cousin as much as he could. By mutual agreement they divorced. She wanted him to be happy and vice versa. They still remain friends. I dont see that happening with either of our married couples un this series, especially the news reporter. His wife already seems to have a problem with his position on social status issues. Imagine how she is going to react when she finds out he is in love with a man. I really fear for his life even more than the others. That is why I commend the writers and actors so far on their realistic depiction of how it was and how it still is in some countries.

Wow! This is not for the faint in heart. Krailert and Naran are walking a tightrope. They are so into each other it is scary. The political and social risks are so high. That is what makes this so darn good. Then we have our other couple and the young rival. Tanwa hides his personal pain behind a facade of rebellion. Trin is dealing with his own external and internal political and sexual conflict. They too are walking a tightrope. I have to add all four of our guys are luscious eye candy.

Personally I want to see things go back to where they should be. The grandfather has served his purpose and needs to be reunited with his true love in the afterlife. Hopefully, the grandson will return and be a better person. Who he ends up with is really not that critical to me if lessons have been learned and wounds have been healed.

I cant believe we are getting close to the end of this gem. Ep 10 was just awesome. I did not expect the twist with Lady Pha but I loved it. Hopefully, Ruj will finally be done with and Mek and Dech can find some peace. All that is left is to deal with the wicked witch of a grandmother. It is sad that Thee’s father has not had the necessary backbone to stand up to his mother. Even in our present time there are still traditional holds that are impossible to break. As an aside I have really enjoyed watching the Thee’s two faithful servants running interference. Pawin is really a talented actor who never disappoints.

Title Secret Lover Spoiler
The more I look at the previews and clips of Tuo and his boss the more I really want Jun Xi and Tuo to take some time away from each other. I hope Jun Xi follows his instincts about Tuo and the boss. Before he gets hurt even more I hope Jun Xi leaves first. Let Tuo go to Sen who I believe will turn out to be a manipulative prick. Tuo needs to experience what it feels like to be on the other side of the fence. He needs to learn that the grass is not greener on the other side. In the meantime I would like to see Jun Xi date someone else, male or female. Tuo blocked him so many times. I just dont want to see Jun Xi moping around. Even if his heart is breaking I would rather see him showing Tuo that he is ok. My own personal belief is if it is true love and they are meant to be they will find their way back to each other. What I hate is the deception and lying and cheating and letting the person think that all is ok and they are just imagining things. If Tuo hurts Jun Xi in that way I dont see how the writers can redeem him. Realistically, couples can come to a crossroad and mutually agree to separate. That is what I would like to see. But that probably makes too much sense. For some reason the pain that goes with infidelity seems to have more appeal with writers and viewers alike. Right now I just want the next two or three episodes to be over and done with so I can stop stressing out.

I’m genuinely impressed with how this drama is unfolding. I was initially concerned that the story might lose…
Unfortunately I think we are in for a roller coaster ride for the next two- three episodes. I dont have too much confidence in Tuo. He talks a good game when he is with Junxi but I feel he is emotionally weak. I think his boss already senses this.
