I had to go back and look at ep 6 again. I really did not recognize him from History 4 until you mentioned it. Looks like we may be stuck with him for at least two to three episodes.

Well looks like next week is when their relationship is getting ready to be tested. It is obvious that the boss has his eyes on Tuo. After all his excessive possessiveness will he have a fling with the boss. I hope not but despite his outward appearance of hardness he really seems to be starved for affection. I hate to see Xi get hurt but the previews seem to be headed in that direction.

I really dont know how to process that last scene. This got heavy fast. When I was 15 something similar happened. The boy was 18 and a relative’s nephew. He saw me laying on the bed and tried to assault me. Fortunately he was too drunk to really do anything. I was embarrassed and traumatized at the thought of what he tried to do. Apparently some one saw enough to tell. He was taken away and I was glad. I never wanted to see him or talk to him again. I love Lee the actor and I was enjoying his character as Knight … but I dont see how you can justify rape under the disguise of being drunk. How is rape an accident when the victim was just laying there asleep? I am also upset with the brother but in a way I understand. People just want it to go away. You feel the same way so you push the incident as far back as you can and try to go on as if everything is ok. Adults will say one incident should not ruin a
young person’s life. The perpetrator may also sincerely regret his actions but should regret absolve him of his wrongdoing. Can they get past this and go back to being friends or even more. I want to continue watching but I admit I am not finding this entertaining or cute. I really hope this is a complete distortion of what really happened. I feel so sorry for Mild. I think Knight and his brother as well as the female friend Natcha showed a complete lack of sensitivity and compassion for Mild. You dont expose something like that during a silly game.

Episode 3 is done so well it is heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. We had two extremes during the sixties coexisting in a time of political and sexual tension. For many the scars are still there. I found the references to the United States and its supposedly support for freedom and human rights rather amusing given the current political atmosphere . I know this was intentional. Was it meant to throw shade on the USA? It is also interesting to see how women did not go unscathed during this time. Imagine being a foil and having to repress your own sexual desires . The sixties was indeed a period of sexual and political enlightenment but as my grandmother used to say…it was a hot mess! Each week gets hotter and hotter! Krailert and Naran did not hold back. I cant wait to see Trin finally let go and give Tanwa what they both want! This is strictly for adults.

I bingewatched it in one day and I loved it. I love a series with a female villain. This one was a straight out psychopath. She never broke character. Kudos to the actress that played her. I also love a series where the women are not just window dressing but worth adversaries with brain cells that work. It was a well rounded cast. It was actually refreshing to see two men going after the same woman but end up being worthy rivals and ultimately becoming friends. Of course, I am a sucker for happy endings. My smile was as huge as the daughter and the son’s smiles. That bit at the end was another shout out to the resilience of a strong woman. We may fall down but we get back up.

Episode 9 was outstanding. It was also
heartbreaking. Both couples pulled at my heart but Dech and Mek had me in tears. Inn and Great were good but this episode was all Aou and Boom. Thee’s grandmother and Dech’s dad get this year’s award for worst grandmother and father of the year, especially Dech’s dad. That man is just a monster. I really think this series is underrated. Next week is going to be even more heartbreaking.

I love storylines that realistically portray the hardships encountered by women and their ability to persevere and come out as victors and not victim. An Xin and her mother remind me of my mother and myself. Faced with a relationship teetering on the edge my mom’s advice was the same….get the money, cry if you must, then try your tears, put on your make-up and walk out with your head held high. When my cousin’s husband cheated in her she got the same advice. Long story short we both got the victory. The ones who thought they had won ended up broken and miserable. Karma is a bitch.

I am really enjoying this. It is so much fun.

Totally agree. There was never any romance in the relationship with the ex and the mistress. It was all about fulfilling unattainable fantasies. The two were both hideous. The actress was deliberately made to look hideous as a symbol of the shame they represented. Contrast that with the beauty of the wife physically and how true and fresh life feels with her handsome supportive new love. For once we have the wife being victorious . The other series with a similar scenario is Marriage: Perfect Revenge.

You ever watch a series that is so messed up you just like it anyway! Well, this is it for me. I cant help it! I really like the male leads. The aunt is so raunchy I just had to see her get karma. She definitely gets the award for most skanky outfits. Buy that girl some clothes! Lol…if you cant act the part at least you can look the part. Obviously had a low budget….they worked with what they had and at least made it entertaining. These two make out like rabbits. That alone is worth watching. Two kidnappings and more slaps than I can count. Grandma in the hospital again and she even turns against him. Can either ml catch a break. Somebody is laughing all the way to the bank. This was clearly meant to be a farce. If you pay close attention you will recognize short clips of songs from other bls.

I stumbled upon this little gem. I think it is highly underestimated. As an introvert I could relate to the awkwardness and the underlying fears that
surface when suddenly the potential for love surfaces. Your first instinct is to tread cautiously and guard your heart. It was cute and sweet.

It is over and I am overwhelmed by how someone finally got the ending right! After being disappointed by the bl endings coming from China I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. This was such an awesome and lovely ending to a romantic rollercoaster ride. The emphasis on family and friendship was so heartwarming. I love how all six of our guys came together to celebrate Cheng’s release and acknowledge the sacrifice made by Wei. What a homecoming for both Wei and Cheng. The icing on the cake was seeing our second couple also ending on a high note. I wish I had a sugar daddy like Chiang and Xiao. I even grew to love Shuo. He and his brother proved to be a delightful addition. Of course seeing the entire family embrace Wei made me cry. His parents need not worry. Wei will never be alone again. I have not loved an ending like this since Life, Love on the Line. My only regret is that it is over. This has been one of the best bl casts ever. I wish Zi Yu , Zhan Xuan, Ning, Cheng, Jun and Birgit happiness and success in the future. I still cannot believe that Zi Yu, Ning and Jun are only 23 years old. Such talent at such a young age. This is definitely one of the best bl series of 2025. It definitely goes on my rewatch list.

Only one word for ep 23….Brilliant!

Wow! I am loving this…not just one but two couples oozing sexual tension amidst the background of political and societal unrest! I grew up in the sixties so this is like walking down memory lane. It was the hippie era as well as the start of the sexual revolution interwoven with civil and political unrest. This is not the typical cookie cutter bl. In fact to even label it as bl is in my opinion being condescending. It is so much more than just a bl. Kudos to Apo and Miles for giving us such a quality project. There are so many political innuendoes but it is entertaining at the same time.

Its over and I got my happy ending. There is so much to say but what resonates with me are these five points:
1. Not one time did Gwang Suk waver from her commitment to the brothers. I admire a person who makes a vow and keeps it.
2. There was never any doubt about the brothers love for Su Gang. No disparaging innuendoes or
resentment . In fact they were extremely protective and expressed genuine concern. As the mother of two adoptive children and one biological child I found this depiction heartwarming and encouraging.
3. It felt good to see the right people get punished. No glorifying the greedy ex-wives or allowing those that did wrong go without some form of punishment.
4. It took 54 episodes but all four brothers find love. I wish Dong’s son had a love interest but I cant have everything.
5. A big shout out for Sil Ju and Dong. It is possible to find love in your senior years. We may be old but we are not dead yet!
6. I said five but I have to add a sixth one. Forgiveness and redemption. I love how this was handled. As awful as Dokgo was I always felt he really did love AeMi and vice versa.
So for me all is well that ends well. This goes on my rewatch list.

Hua is a real psychopath. At this point I could care less if he is Alpha or Omega or whatever. He is playing a dangerous game.
However I am still intigued by the intensity of our couples and their relationship dynamics. Plus they just are too darn hot for me to stop watching! I also want to know why Gai is living in such a dump! Lol..wouldnt be me! I sure hope the two of them end up on the same wavelength despite this Omega aversion. Forget replacing the darn lights. Buy Gai an upscale apartment!

Well we are off and running. Love it already. Apo and Miles are back and not holding back. This is not for the faint in heart. This not your typical bl and I am all in.
