You make a strong argument for much needed changes. Watching the last episode was indeed painful. There is no entertainment in watching these beautiful souls crying and in such despair. I was literally in tears myself. They deserved better. I hope that each one has healed emotionally especially Hwi and
Seung Jin.

I love it! This is absolutely the best ! I love a badass mother bear who is willing to do whatever she needs to do to protect her cubs! All of the actors brought their A game…..I cant wait to see the Queen dowager
and the Chief Councilor and his daughter get their
just rewards.

I cant believe we are coming to an end. This is by far the best reality show I have ever watched. The level of respect and empathy shown by these guys for each has been just so encouraging and
really refreshing to watch. I am blown away by the way each one has handled
what has to be very difficult….liking someone and the feelings not being reciprocated. I wish I could just give each one a big hug . I really hope we get a reunion episode and a Season 2. I even applaud the commentators. Their
reactions and comments were fun to watch.

I agree with you. I am an introvert so i can identify with Shun. I was very suspicious of potential boyfriends who seemed to always be up on you! I think that’s why my soulmate and I were such a great match. He was an extrovert but from the very start he gave me my space. I think Dai is becoming aware of this and will make the needed adjustments. Even now I still dont like people who come on too strong. I recently made a new friend and I enjoy her company but suddenly she was calling me every day. It was becoming too much and I was thinking of ending our friendship. Luckily she started backing off and I could breathe. So I get Shun and am rooting for he and Dai.

Reality or not I do have to remind myself this is tv and meant to be entertainment. It is not a documentary.lol. At the end of the day the filming stopped and everyone returned to their real real lives. Just being on the show may have increased their market value and provided other opportunities. Now that’s reality!

I do understand. Season 2 really spoiled me. That entire cast was just the best. It reminded me of when you suddenly meet a group of people and despite your differences you just click. Editing or not some things you just cannot hide. I am hanging in there for my three favorites , Hwi, Seungjin and KimYoHo. Also, to support the overall concept. From what I have read this is a big step for South Korea in recognizing the gay community.

Loved ep 7. It was like a family reunion with cameos from my guys from Love In the Air! They all looked so hot!

There are 10 episodes in all. Apparently eps 1-7 provide the framework and set us up for the second part, eps 8-10 which give us a glimpse of the future and sets us up fir Season 2. If you goggle the title plus parts 1&2 you may get a better
perspective. I cant wait for Seaon 2!

Well put…I was just thinking about the same points you state. Actually, we are getting a snapshot view of life as it really is and not as we fantasize. I thought about a cruise I took. It was five days. Just long enough for a young couple to meet and fall madly in love. We were on the same deck so I would bump into them often. They looked perfect together. By the third day they had introduced each other to their families. On one of our meetings they shared how much they seemed to have in common. They lived in different states but the distance was not a deterrent. I wished them well. I often wonder where they are now three years later. At the very least they had five days of beautiful memories. My hope is that at the end of these six days our guys will have also had some memories that they can one day reflect on and be thankful for the experience. Like you said this is not a bl series. This is reality and in reality love and life can be messy and totally unpredictable.

Actually I was thinking more about the missions and creating more opportunities for the cast to really get to know one another. Nothing really wrong the cast. That’s a crapshoot no matter what because you really cant tell who a person is going to end up with but you can create an environment that creates more opportunities for a personal connection in my opinion.

These two are actually the most open, sincere, honest and mature of them all. Alongwith Hanmin and Minseon they are my main reasons for hanging in here until the end. Hopefully, there will be a season 4 and some needed adjustments made.

I really have not been a fan of Han So Hee ….never could get over her role in The World of the Married but her role in My Name softened me up and I definitely loved her in this series. Maybe I just love series with action and badass female
characters…lol

3. Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee are listed as leads in Season 2.
4. The mad scientist survived.
5. The baby survived.
6. The crazy mad treacherous Maeda survived
7. The creature is not dead
So much to look forward to…love it!

Watching episodes nine and ten was really hard for me because it brought back so many memories from my college days. It was a rollercoaster ride. I cannot be mad at any of our guys because at some point in time I have been each one. I have been in a triangle where I vacillated between each one. I have felt the pain of rejection. I have been the odd one who was put in the friendzone when I hoped for more. I have been timid at times and reluctant to share my true feelings. I love Seungjin. He put it best when he told Hwi it’s growing up. I actually dont regret any of those experiences because when my knight in shining armor appeared I knew he was the real deal and we were meant to be. I dont really sense true love with any of these couples but I do see growth and self-reflection. At this point I hope Hwi and Seungjin remain friends even after the show because they seem to have a very sincere
relationship. True love cannot be forced. Sorry for the long post. Take care.

Wow! This is a real supernatural thriller. Jampacked with action and twists and turn.
. What can be more romantic then sacrificing your life for the woman you love. I am loving this. The cast includes some of my favorite actors/actresses so I am completely invested. Knowing there is a Season 2 coming means I can enjoy this even more knowing the ml and fl survive. The unanswered question is in what form will they be in…I cant wait!

I had given up on reality shows. In my country they really suck in my opinion….orchestrated drama with toxic overtones and contrived gimmicks. The HisMan series from Korea was my first venture back into reality tv and I loved it. Then there was Boys Like Boys from Taiwan which I found adorable and now this one from Japan which has me completely hooked. I even find the hosts entertaining.

Yes and he seems to just be a teddy bear. I wanted to give him a hug. So glad Alan and the others responded with such sincerity. I hope he finds the love and companionship he seemed to crave.

So glad you recognize this. I am an introvert. My husband was an extrovert. As you suggested we balanced with each other perfectly. He gave me my space when I needed it. When we went to social events the focus was usually on him which was fine with me. He was definitely like Dai and I am more like Shun so I am definitely rooting for the two. It may be a match made in heaven. Mine definitely was.

Each episode just gives me something else to smile about. I am thrilled to see the ratings . 8.6 is awesome but I feel it should be even higher.

Watching Shun in episode 6 was actually fun. While I remain sympathetic to what he has had to endure in his life seeing him get annoyed at Dai doing what he really gave him permission to do was precious. He better get himself together before he loses his man. My momma always told me there is more than one fish in the sea. Shun is just getting the reality check he needed. Cant wait for ep 7.
