I just started watching this and I am loving it. I am so glad to see Park Seo Ham. I havent seen him since Semantic Error. I expect more twists and turns before we find out who our fl will end up with. I have read some of the comments and people are all over the place in terms of who is a better fit for the fl and all the emotional logistics involved with suddenly having a 2 yr old to take care of. Add to that each sibling’s own personal baggage. I for one and loving the comments because it reenforces the reality of life. Everything is not black or white . I really empathize with the fl and first ml. I also admire both. Right now the 2nd ml seems to be a good guy. At this point I could see her with either one. I am really happy there are only 12 episodes. It means we will get a resolution soon without the laborious fillers and needless backstories. Dont get mad with me. It is a personal thing with me. I just like to cut to the chase.
BLs are my happy escape from reality. I come to be entertained. I love a crazy messy roller coaster ride with a happy ending. I got what I came for. I got my eye candy at the end…Joong, Dunk, Boom and Aou. Kudos to the entire cast. Everybody stayed in character….psychos until the very end. I am especially pleased with seeing Chimon and Sing back in action and playing the bad guy. Of course JoongDunk always leave me wanting more. This definitely goes on my rewatch list.
What a breathe of fresh air. I had really given up on watching Chinese dramas because they seemed to follow the same old toxic troupe. I love this issues for the following reasons: 1. Use of food as the metaphoric backdrop. 2. A great cast. The ml and fl have great chemistry. I was rooting for the two from start to finish. 3. True friends. No jealous backstabbing. 4. A strong female lead with beauty and brains who does not grovel or have to resort to cheap tricks to get a man 5. Finally, a male lead who is faithful and does not cheat as soon as the ex reappears. 6. Realistic life lessons - we actually see character growth and development. 7. A good balance between the melodramatic and the more happier moments with the focus more on the positive. All in all my kind of drama. This is a hidden gem!
There was actually three couples…the main couple, the married couple with a child and the third couple was each of the main couple’s best friend that ended up together.
Love me some JoongDunk now and forever. Truthfully, i love this entire cast including Harit who plays Puth. I like seeing him play the bad guy. This had my attention from start to finish with just the right amount of spicy moments.
I am so confused but for some reason I just can’t let go. It is like I am looking at two parallel universes. It is still early and is still intriguing.
I am one of the few who enjoyed all the first 3 seasons very much, but this season I am having a hard time even…
I have been a fan since the first season also. I was not completely into Season 3 but Season 4 is the worst. Time to pull the plug or do a major overhaul.
Well, well, well! I'm kind of shocked, that nobody talks about the biggest elephant in the room!Namely, that someone…
I am glad I skipped this season. I was already upset over the short format. Then I heard about the elimination inclusion. That sucks! For me the show has been reduced to just another variety game show.
I am rewatching the entire series over and I am loving it even more the second time around. This is not the first series where a favorite character has died or where the support couple seemed to take center stage. With that said I personally love the main couple as well as the second couple. The entire cast is a delight. I am always glad to see James. He is a huge star in the Thai entertainment industry. It is fun to watch he and the Beyond Perfect team. I can bingewatch this on a rainy day . Personally it is an 8/10 for me.
I am so glad to see Lin Feng and Chen . I recognized each one right away despite so many years having passed. They were so good in Addiction! I know this is going to be a roller coaster of a ride. I am ready for it! I just watched the first episode and I love it already!
Pai and North are like two peas in a pod! They are both so naive but wait until they find out the truth! I bet they will become a force to reckon with! I am so glad to see Ohm showing just how talented he is. He and Junior are so fun to watch. This is really a stellar cast.
I am loving this! It is really a fun watch just wondering how it is going to feel when the cards all start falling out of place and the main scammer starts realizing he is really in love with his main target! What goes around comes around!
Kudos to you. I generally refrain from reading the comments. I like to form my own opinion which may conflict with some comments. I like to go in with fresh eyes. Have fun.
I loved the first part so much. I loved how patient Typhoon was with Fah. I adored his friends. Everyone deals with trauma differently especially when family is involved. I am just happy he was finally able to come to terms with his loss and the father’s mental and physical cruelty. I look forward to the next ride on this roller coaster called life.
I finally had a chance to see the entire reunion show instead of just snippets. Thanks to the comment section where the kind viewers provided we international viewers with their English translation. A lot of comments show some disappointment in Bomi and Huwei but there comments and interactions reflect the respect and sincerity they have for each other. I can actually relate. I am an introvert by nature so public displays of affection has never been my thing. In my decades long relationship with my husband I can only recall one occasion where we kissed in public. That was on our wedding day and it only happened twice. One was when we cut the cake. A photographer took that picture. It was my husband’s favorite picture. We showed our love and affection in other ways. I also understand the need for them to concentrate on their individual endeavors. When my husband and I became reacquainted and started dating I was in my senior year of college. He was finishing his last tour of duty in the Air Force so we were restricted to telephone calls and meeting if and when our schedules allowed. My future husband understood how important getting my degree. When I have a goal I go hard. I literally have tunnel vision. That is how I see Bomi and Huwei. How they choose to navigate their relationship is their personal business. I think they are also concerned about family. We saw in the series how emotional Huwei was when discussing his coming out to his family. Should his family view the show I dont think either would want to display any behavior which might make their families uncomfortable. The other two couples are older and their situations and perspectives are much different so showing public displays of affection was no problem . Still, only one of the two are still together so clearly kissing and being touchy feely is no guarantee of compatibility. I just hope we get a Season 3.
