Wen flirts with Jim, Jim "We talked about this"Also Jim, lets Wen lie on his lap, holds hands on the beach. babe…
I agree. I went all the way back to episode 1 when this stuff started and Jim was sending signals to Wen from the first glance. His lips may say no but his body language has always been yes! Lol…
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they didn't put subtitles during LinHeart's dialogue. This was a very wise choice so we…
I agree and I love how Wen helped guide him through the process of dealing with his issues surrounding Beam. Wen is so patient and sensitive to the feelings of others.
This is out of nowhere but those who watched the kdrama move to heaven have seen the scene from the gay couple,…
Interesting connection. That was a very heartfelt moment in Move To Heaven. It was like a tribute to their love. I don’t get the same feeling with Alan. I just see it as another indication of his inability to let go. Thanks for bringing up MTH. I love that Kdrama.
Can’t wait until next week. I just want Jim/Wen together at the end…this is Li Ming/Heart first crush/love so whatever happens with them is fine with me….they both have dreams that need to be explored….as for Gaipa and Alan…this is life…you win some, you lose some…life goes on…they will survive…on that note Alan was a real ass for denying Jim’s loan only because he couldn’t separate his business from his personal life. If he really loved Wen he would have wanted him to be happy. Granting the loan would have been the ultimate sacrifice. Gaipa handled his rejection the right way. He was obviously hurt but still wanted to help Jim. He is actually too good for Alan. Kudos to Heart’s mother for letting he and Li be friends but I don’t think she’s ready for the gay revelation…that might really send her to the hospital.
In Thailand 15-year-olds can legally ride motorcycles. I'm assuming Li Ming might have a license? Not saying it…
It made me think about my cousins who grew up in a small rural town. They were all driving their daddy’s pickup truck at 15. Nobody had a license. They still laugh about the times they ran into a ditch. I’m glad the writers kept it light and didn’t make it some huge dramatic life threatening scene. The writers maintained the real focus of the storyline.
I really need to ask.Y ' all know Liming was WRONG putting Heart on that motorcycle right? You know... two teenagers...…
Lol…when I was seventeen my mom suddenly laughed and threw me the car keys to her Cadillac. She didn’t think I would take the dare. I did! I ended up crashing into a neighbor’s building. All the kids on the block ran to my house to tell my mom. I had no license. Fortunately no one was hurt and since my mom knew the neighbor they came to an agreement. The real challenge was when my dad got home and saw the car. He listened patiently as my mother made up some story and said it was her fault. Then he quietly told her he knew that was a lie. He looked at me and then at her. We were both put on punishment. Lol. True story. Teenagers do dumb stuff!!
I'm honestly super confused as to why they broke up. I thought Alan did something cause Gong said something like…
Well put! My husband and I were together for 50 years. It would be wonderful to say it was smooth sailing. There was a time when we were out of synch. I was Alan and he was Wen. This occurred after being together 28 years. Love won out. We were destined to be together. The first 26 years were full of joy. The last 22 years were full of bliss. Only death separated us.
Among so many qualities, one thing that Moonlight Chicken showed is that this fixed couple thing is bullshit.…
I noticed that immediately and I like it. Too much emphasis on shipping when the real focus should be on the acting abilities of these talented actors. We see in this series what a good script, excellent directing, awesome editing and quality acting can accomplish.
-Spoiler-Quite a lot of people on twt are really pissed at Wen for still sleeping with Alan after their breakup…
Truth be told this is actually more common than you think. I remember a friend telling me she still had sex with her partner even though officially they were done. He literally told her he did it for the same reason that Wen told Alan…he felt sorry for her. That’s when she finally accepted that it was over. Sometimes the head says No but the body says why not. Lol
I understand what you’re saying but I like the eight episodes because we get to what really matters the most. I find myself fast forwarding or skipping parts in some series that are 12 episodes or longer because it feels like they have to create drama or add another couple or third party just to fill up the space
And the thing is, he didn't do anything wrong. At the beginning I thought he was too clingy, too possessive, too…
This is why I love the realism portrayed. Most people assume that either one or the the other person had to do something wrong but that’s not always the case. Even Wen admits he stayed because he cared but in the end he had to face the truth. Reminds me of that song You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling by the Righteous Brothers…lol..I am really telling my age.
Kudos to Heart’s mother for letting he and Li be friends but I don’t think she’s ready for the gay revelation…that might really send her to the hospital.
