I loved the ending. These kinds of endings prove that we don't always win. That life does go on. Mei Lin and Murong Jing He love was epic and untouchable. He loved her more than life itself and if it wasn't for telling me to live he would have gone with her. I didn't read the novel that this was based off but I will now. Im really upset that his fathers love died as well... That broke my heart. I know its hard to portray that kind of relationship but he was so patient and kind. The story is dead on. She got passed all of her hardships. How is the story sad? Yes she lost the love of her life. He left her with so much more. She was strong and beautiful. That is something that doesn't come easy. Peace is expensive. You don't ways win all the battles. Life is like that. I get people want fluff but life isn't fluff. I see this drama more of an empowerment then sad. Believe!
Honestly I think he dies shortly after she wins. I also do not think he left either. He loved her so much. She loved the good, bad and the ugly. She took care of him until he passed and lived on fulfilling the wish he had for her. That is what she did. She lived her life for those him and herself. This is why this story is so good.

So I have watched just about all her dramas and you can tell when she "likes" working with her costar... You are my glory is one of those times. Long Ballad is not. My girl Zhao Lusi out did her. Reba is extremely beautiful but she disappoints me. I wish they would let her act in less romantic roles. I think those would fit her better.
