I didn't feel anything from start to finish... the series lacks personality

The story has a good foundation, but the problem, in my opinion, is mainly the protagonists. They're so generic they could be supporting characters or extras. They don't have a strong personality or any major moments, and that wouldn't be a problem... But it is, because being a series, viewers need to be anxious for the next episodes, sigh, scream, laugh, get emotional, but none of that happens. It was extremely difficult for me to finish this GL, I had to put it on 1.5 (something I practically never do, I hate having to subject myself to that), because the plot simply didn't move you, and the protagonists don't captivate you or evoke any kind of emotion. I kept waiting for the moment when I would feel something, but that moment never came. Even the kiss and their first time didn't move me at all, because the romance is so poorly developed (basically, they meet three times, say a few sentences, and are already "in love"), so I didn't even have time to get to know them properly or root for them. The scenes with the toothbrush made me so embarrassed that I almost gave up watching.

A weak plot, cringe-worthy moments, and betrayal... It didn't work for me.

Player managed to be extremely boring even though it was made by a large platform that has the resources to make good series. The couple doesn't have very good chemistry; honestly, for me, it clashes a lot. It seems like the actresses weren't very connected to their roles. I simply couldn't believe in their love, and for that reason, I didn't root for them either. The actress who plays Pun uses a higher-pitched voice to give a childlike tone. In some characters, this works very well, and I even like it, but in her, it felt very strange for some reason. The series has several very cringe-worthy moments, such as every time Pun was in doubt between right and wrong, and then Pun would appear dressed as a little devil and a little angel, advising her... I wanted to abandon the series at those times.

Furthermore, the idea that Ploy betrayed Pun, and then Pun decided to make out with a girl in front of Ploy, was simply the last straw for me... And don't tell me that Ploy didn't betray Pun because she made out with the girl and kissed her, she just didn't have sex. If for you it's only cheating when the person has sex with the other, that's not my problem.

I honestly was rooting for them to break up and for Pun to end up with Bee. The secondary characters are cool, but I think they could have given more depth to their roles, after all, there were 12 episodes of Jay trying to propose to Prang, wasn't there ANYTHING else for them to do in the series?

CUTE GIRL vs ICE HEART

This series is for those who like:

* Cute girl wins the ice heart;
* Bold Protagonist vs Shy Protagonist;
* Age difference;
* Teacher and student (feeling)
* Family problems that separate the couple.

I loved this series, it has the potential to become my favorite GL. Everything will depend on what the 2nd season will be like.

A ÚNICA COISA BOA DESSA SÉRIE É A FL

Don't romanticize toxic and selfish relationships!!!!

The person who created this movie cultivates the idea "Men are allowed to be spoiled, rude, selfish, toxic, sexist, insensitive and rude 🤮. And women are allowed to love these men, putting up with the humiliations, in the hope of receiving crumbs of affection 🙄 . He is allowed to be a hateful person to everyone because he lost his mother! Pity the rich boy who has everything and is disgusting because he lost his mother 😤. But the girl who is poor and has no father or mother, no, we don't need to pity her".

Does anyone like this kind of romance? This is the story of a boy who thinks that everyone in the world should serve him smiling and without complaining, even though he constantly humiliates them and treats them like garbage. It is also the story of a girl with a good heart, but who has no self-love whatsoever and accepts being mistreated in various ways by a boy. This is not romantic, much less funny, it is sad and revolting, because someone with critical thinking still in formation can take this story as an absolute truth and an example of romance to be experienced.

If you like this kind of romance, I recommend that you go to therapy and reevaluate your attitudes. I understand that the film is a little old, and that's the only reason I'm a little lenient, but if you see it TODAY and like it, it's a wake-up call.

The story is not captivating and the singer protagonist is terrible at acting

The actress who plays Ray is actually good at acting, so I thought it would be an "ok" GL. However, the other lead actress, besides being very bad at acting, is playing a singer who plays the guitar, and the actress doesn't know how to do either of the two roles 🥴 ... So it's hard for the viewer to ignore her 🤐. Furthermore, in the kissing scenes it seemed like she was disgusted by kissing Ray (or shy, I hope)... Anyway, for the sake of the actress, I hope it's just due to lack of experience and that she improves in the future. After all, no one is born knowing how to act, but that's what auditions are for, right? Choosing the actress knowing the role she would play was the casting director's fault.🤦‍♀️

A protagonista é durona, meio macrabra e sedutora, e o protagonista é calmo, racional e contido. A música do casal é perfeita, doce e delicada.

Me apaixonei demaaaais pela esposa do principe/princesa hahahahaha... Ela é toda fora do padrão, engraçada, livre e apaixonada.

A lot of money invested in a very bad story.

The actresses' performances are good, and you can tell a lot of money was invested in the production, as the camera work, colors, costumes, etc., are very good... but the story, which is the most important thing, is very weak. Too much happened in just one episode. Right at the beginning, we were introduced very quickly to Z, and we don't even know what the other protagonist's daily life is like! How did she lose her job? Where are her parents? How did the app come about? How are the points calculated? What did she do to get enough points to have a wish granted? Why isn't everyone talking about this app? After all, it's an app that could prove to humanity that angels exist and that you can make wishes to them. How come nobody is talking about this in the media? Furthermore, who owns this app? Do you understand? So much was ignored to get straight to the main story.

First impressions: Production below expectations, weak plot, and poor scene composition choices.

The production is far below what is expected for Channel 3:

* Siblings: The relationship between Ing and Itt is impeccable. As siblings, they have perfect chemistry; they are the best characters in the series. We look at them and believe that they are indeed inseparable siblings. They did a great job.

* CEO: Analyzing only the character "Lin" (not the actress) - Always open-hearted, ready to accept Ing as she is. A kind CEO, without prejudices or constraints, who knows how to respect Ing's space.

* Drama: The most dramatic moments that the series could explore to give more layers to the characters are wasted with the bare minimum of drama. When Lin discovers Ing's past, the scene is very basic, without weight, without dramatic music, without flashbacks (even if they weren't expository) to give the scene more weight, and to make matters worse, Tan continued with the same expression as always. A moment like that would serve to connect the audience with the character, to generate empathy, but because the scene was very basic, quick, and poorly executed, it didn't generate that feeling. Yada and Tan failed to convey the necessary emotion that the scene demanded, and the directors didn't help at all by making it so basic. It even seems like they didn't want to include the scene in the series, and since it was necessary, they did it in the quickest and most emotionless way possible. They should have changed the script if they didn't want to include the scene, or at least done it right!

* Several long scenes without dialogue and in slow motion, just one person looking at another: In 15 minutes there were about 3 scenes like that. Why? Didn't they think of any good dialogue to convey the same feeling? It became repetitive and tiring.

* Empty, lifeless, and personality-less sets that don't feel real to the viewer: This is expected from a small production, but being a Channel 3 production, it seems careless. White rooms with a table and a chair, or a box and a rug, didn't fill the scene.

* Amateur cameras that constantly shake, giving a sense of unprofessionalism: In one scene or another, it's normal to include this type of camera movement to give the impression that the camera is the viewer's eyes, always in motion, exploring the scene, but in this case, the constant camera movement was exaggerated, almost seeming like behind-the-scenes footage. I was extremely bothered - This includes poor framing choices.

* Weak plot: Until the end of the first episode, it's possible to summarize the events in two lines, as there was little dialogue and little introduction to what the series is about, what layers it will address, and who the protagonists are. A first episode serves as a "pilot," that is, it guides us on what the series will cover, who the characters are, what their purposes and challenges are, and how the dynamics between the protagonists will be. In this case, the pilot was very weak, and many things were not clear. We're already on episode 3, and yet it feels like so few events have happened. The story seems to stagnate in some parts and rush extremely in others, but without good scene composition.

Tan's acting is really bad; her face never changes expression, she remains silent during some lines—more than usual—as if she were waiting for a page to turn to read the next paragraph. Just because a character is serious or grumpy doesn't mean they shouldn't have expression.

A conforming series: Bland and saltless

For those who don't like drama, this is the perfect series as there is no drama at all. Before I start talking about how I DON'T LIKE ONGSA, I'm going to say what I liked about the series: Aylin and Lua. These two could have their own series. They made the whole series happen.

Now I'll explain why I don't like Ongsa: She keeps making her life difficult and acting like a child. Take a look: She lives in a perfect, loving family, has perfect friends and lives in a perfect school. Her parents are both alive and happily married. They, as well as Ongsa's sister and cousin, live in harmony. When Sun and Ongsa's relationship comes to light, they all accept it very well, without any resistance. Ongsa's friends and school do too. Sun's parents too. Just happiness.

"SO WHEN IS THERE ANY DRAMA?" You may wonder. And I respond: "When Ongsa acts like a 5-year-old child trying to get attention."

For example, when Sun discovers the truth about "Terra", Sun is super open to listening to Ongsa, but instead of Ongsa saying how things happened to get where they are, she simply runs away. Leaving her entire family looking for her ALL DAY! Her family was very worried about her, if they had any doubts they would call the police! All because that idiot Ongsa ran away and hid crying. Then you might even think “This could happen!”, yes, it can. With A CHILD, not a high school girl who is almost AN ADULT.
Sun goes after her (which she didn't need to do, as it's Ongsa who should have gone after Sun to explain herself). When Sun calls Ongsa to talk, what does she do? Exactly, she runs away again. Sun was ready to listen to Ongsa's explanations from the first moment she ran away, now she was open to listening to Ongsa's explanations again and she ran away again. It was Ongsa who acted wrongly, she was the one who deceived and betrayed Sun's trust, she was the one who should be running after Sun, not the other way around! Even so, having two chances to tell the truth to Sun (who was open-hearted to listen to Ongsa's explanations) she chose to run away.

Sun goes after Ongsa for the 3 TIME, and simply gives up asking for the truth (after all, Ongsa might run away again since she is soooo mature), instead Sun decides to simply pretend that they are getting to know each other again and that this story of "Terra" never happened, after all, just so the little baby that is Ongsa would stop running away! Wow, how angry at this girl! She's not ready for a relationship if she acts like a little child running away from her problems.

I keep imagining Sun dating Ongsa, and I feel sorry for her. Every time Ongsa messes up, she acts like a child and runs away from problems, or simply tries to solve problems like a child too. Sun will have to always seder, always choose to "forget what happened" instead of talking about things.

And when Sun broke up with Ongsa why didn't she want to admit their relationship? Remembering that Ongsa's parents CLEARLY showed that they would not be against this, as they found out about Lua and Aylin and were super in favor. Sun was also suffering, but she was silent. So how will Ongsa get her friends' attention so they can comfort her? Acting like a child! She ran and screamed around the court like a child who doesn't have the toy she wants, of course all of Ongsa's friends will run after her to "comfort" her. Our almost 20 year old baby. Even Sun felt embarrassed about it.

I hope Sun finds a better person. Ongsa, until you mature, stay away from Sun, it's a favor you do for her.
