Having watched ep 7 without subs, seeing how good a teacher she was to both Ryosuke and Dan in ep 6, hits even harder. It must really mean a lot to her when Ryosuke called her a "good teacher", 'cuz for the longest time she was misunderstood by many.
So it's quite complicated. There's going to be a love triangle for a brief while, a little bit of jealousy ( like,…
Look, I am not very good at explaining things, but there's no other way to put this. She told the SMl she loves him, he wasn't convinced so let her go. But it's really not that simple. There's a lot to the characters that can't be explained in a para or so. But, I will admit it that it can get frustrating. So if you think that you like simple starightforward characters better, then I wouldn't recommend it. There's a lot to the show that's not at all simple andight not be everyone's cup of tea. But it's still well written...
P.S: I don't think it'll help, but I guess she never really stopped loving the ML. 'Cuz he left. They didn't break up on good terms. He got to know of his condition, and then just, left. So you can't expect her to just not feel anything at all. However, after the breakup, she didn't go back to the ML immediately. They re not dating right now. They broke up, and the FL and ML continued being friends. But if this show is just like any other drama, they will eventually end up together....
I don't want my poor explanation to be the reason you skip this, but whatever I said is true, and it would make sense if you don't wanna watch it, 'cuz when you start watching it, in the beginning you really have no idea how complex it's gonna get later on. The good quality of the show is a constant, but the dynamics are really confusing...

I have not watched that drama, but, this is quite a common trope I guess. The one thing that stands out for me, which might be another spoiler, is that the FML did not ever plan to go back to the ML. She tries to convince the SML that she truly loves him and wants to continue their relationship, but the SML, for some reason I still don't understand, wasn't convinced and broke up with her. The actors are good and the overall ambience of this show is calming, so I would recommend it nevertheless...And you saying that you'll give it a try only because I said so is a lot of pressure...π But I hope you'll like it...
Haven't started the drama yet......so pls tell me, is there going to be Love traingle bullshxt or jealousy n stuffs??…
So it's quite complicated. There's going to be a love triangle for a brief while, a little bit of jealousy ( like, just a pinch; but no fights because of the jealousy). ML does not want to break them up and get back together, but he does love her. FL does not complicate anything and is pretty aware of what she truly wants. Now, as for the SML, he's not toxic. He's actually very sweet, but he is kinda annoying sometimes 'cuz of his own insecurities. I personally don't hate him, but a lot of people do 'cuz he complicates things sometimes. The three were best friends in high school, and as of now, are still on talking terms, so you can tell that they don't hate each other or are toxic to each other. The story is beautifully done, so if you won't mind minor inconveniences while watching this, you'll actually enjoy it a lot.
Spoiler: SML breaks up with the FL to let her be with the ML.
Ep 5: "No one has the right to badmouth us. Not even ourselves. We're the strongest and the best group!" Honestly, a very strong dialogue. We often confuse self depreciation with being humble. But if we're working hard enough, then nobody has the right to bring us down. Not even ourselves. This is the one thing that I wished changed about Asuka as well. As she said, she doesn't think much of herself and is not confident. But you can see the way she handles everything, and you know she would've been a successful teacher. I hope that along with 8loom, Asuka grows as a person too. Also, who knew that Tori san would actually turn out to be the president's sugar baby. I had no idea "professional" sugar baby was a thingπ π
Talking of 8loom, they deserve the world! They are the kindest souls.(pretty much everyone in this show is) Their bond brings tears to my eyes and I can't help but fall more in love...
Yes totally love the ep 6. There are heartwarming moments when the group perform together and have heart to heart…
It's quite normal for leads to get together at the very end in j-dramas. So, I won't be surprised if that happens here as well...But yeah, wish we could see them dating...βΉ
Totally agree! Kimihana team really did a good job! I've watched the latest episode 3 times already without subs…
Same π I sometimes even watch their interviews without understanding a thing. There's so much kimihana content on YouTube, but we're restricted by language barriers...π€§
Even though there were no subs, I absolutely loved the episode. The scene where Ryosuke is watching 8loom perform made me tear up. Even though I didn't understand most of the situation, I did feel everything it was supposed to make me feel. Thus showing that the team of KimiHana is doing an amazing job with the acting, story, music, everything! Also, that ending!!! I was screaming inside!!! This show just keeps getting better with each ep...β€β€β€
this should be aired in worldwide streaming platforms. the world needs to know about 8loom. watching their youtube…
The show will be released worldwide, probably after it ends in Japan. But the YouTube series should also have eng subs 'cuz I really wanna see the entire process...
What's funny is that I've been listening to the song on repeat, so it's like they read my mind and released a longer version.π π The MV has different clips and shots from the original MV and I can only imagine how tiring it must be to shoot the same scenes over and over until you get the right one...

It now has eng captions...
