Does anyone know if the Manga is finished or still ongoing. I hate finding out later that the Manga is still ongoing, because i need closure after watching a drama.

i wonder which problem was solved by the husband's actions in the end, because he still looked like a loser to me. No job, self-worth or courage to face his problems.

First episode, I'm not really sure why she thought she turned into an animal when she was crying,confused,unhappy and her life was spiraling out of control.What an understatement.

You are welcome, its always good to check before watching. There are some great jdramas out there depending on what you like. I mostly like the slice of life dramas that explore life issues and adult themes. Which you might not like but the below titles have great reviews from people and have a bit of romance mixed with reality and are longer episodes.

Loi, there are some, but in those dramas the woman is almost always portrayed as a psycho and intolerable. Especially in Thai Lakorn A good example are these 3

Haha, you can tell from the unrealistic ending that the show was written by a guy.Who goes back to a man because they tell you, you make great miso soup or that he cant find his own socks. The times have indeed changed.

One thing about jdramas, its not always about the glitz & glam jobs. I definitely have a new appreciation for proofreaders and other people who work behind the scenes. Ecchan was a fun,annoying character but her enthusiasm for life is infectious and the proof reading team such a great team.

things that i would have loved to be discussed.

1..FL's relationship with her mum and dad. Does amnesia mean that she became a loser because that's what i get from this drama. She could have done things with her life besides look weak,sad and just be plain dreamless. She was just drifting along.

2.. So we are supposed to believe that the ML who was pinning for the FL almost all of his adult life just up & left her when he found her after she told him she liked him. Like gone, radio silence evaporating from his/her life after kissing her and all the other stuff. That's too improbable.

3..So the FL was never interested in her life before the accident. She had amnesia, she didn't become a zombie. She was never curious about her past or just ask about people and photos.

For me rating it 8.9 was a stretch so i settled on 7.5 because although its a beautiful story, there were too many things that were left unsaid or undone from my perspective. The confrontation that i would expect from adults was missing (see my questions below).

I did love the teenage ML actor, he totally nailed it those were the best parts of the drama .i enjoyed his parts more than the adult parts. I also really loved his dorky, close-family they also brought a smile to my face.

Thanks so much, really appreciate it. i really liked the drama especially the ending song "Haven" playing with the end credits so i was desperate to know what that sms was all about and of course i hate Matsumi so i needed to know what that crazy talk of hers was all about at the end.

i thought the ending conversation was so cute too, i sort of got some of it (haha), and i love Kyouseke's voice and want him to whisper in my ear "itoshii" like he does in the final of episode (irrelevant i know). Thanks again.

Can you honestly say you watched all the nominated shows and you can give a fair assessment of the actors and the script writers? Or is your opinion based on the few shows that you liked and watched and then you are judging the whole ceremony.

OMG so much a hate train for SHK in the comment section. Always the same thing is said about her dramas and acting yet she keeps getting cast and hired. Its a fact that the Glory did exceptionally well. Its also a fact that SHK was the only actress from Korean in the top 5 of the Korean Ministry of Culture's most loved Korean actors.

None of us watch all the dramas that come out of Korea so its not fair to speak as we can all give a fair critique/ assessment of the actors/dramas all the time. Yes your fav didn't win, so what??. Move on, bashing SHK will not change the results or take away the accolades from her. She is the Best Actress for 2023 end of story. Better luck to everyone else next time.

I just don't understand all the hate and bullying directed at her.At some point we have to look above of our prejudices and admit that even if she is not your favorite, she clearly does a good job and there are certain sections of the public that enjoy her dramas.

I never base my watching preferences on all those platforms ratings (MDL,Rotten Tomatoes,IMDb) as they can easily be infiltrated by people and groups mass commenting on a boring show ( I remember the chaos of Snowdrop). Even here, 3/4 of all shows from any country with a rating of 8 are usually boring.They usually get the high ratings because people like the couple,handsome actor etc,never about the storyline itself. I actually trust a few accounts here who i believe are not biased and their comments are purely about watching a show and not judging it by the cast.

i found this very unnecessary,stupid plot twist and i hated it. i especially hate all the nagging annoying friends.

Such a very positive drama. It clearly shows how women are often portrayed as undesirable after divorce but still punching bags for the society by being labelled as "fast,loose and asking for it". Even the FL's mother was not that supportive of her after encouraging her to date, although she later makes up for it. But just shows how much pressure women live with, they can never be winners in any situation but always have to play second by managing everyone else's emotions.

Thanks for the reply, its cool though that you have been watching Asian for so long. I have only been serious for the last 3.5 years started out with Kdramas but my default and comfort setting seems to be Jdramas. I think the Japanese are still definitely the superior story tellers, with more eccentric and varied characters. I'm a philosopher at heart and maybe their outlook on life is similar to mine. i have a bit of kdrama fatigue at the moment and think they are over hyped but each to his own.

The most annoying couple ever, i felt like knocking their heads together because they were so stupid and having fake crises.I'm pretty sure the Manga is epic but some manga should just not be made into Live Action adaptations because they lose all value and their essence. This is an example, its a great subject matter but just doesn't translate well in a show.
