Really whats that ending all about...I'm pissed off. I understand they might have wanted it to be about friendship not a BL but they are many ways to do it. Hated the ending
So why did Kyosuke marry and remain with Mutsumi if she was such a serial cheater? I didnt understand that. Did…
Thanks so much, appreciate it.
I just didn't understand Kyouske's character because he seemed indifferent to Matsumi but defended her when he kept saying that he would not divorce and would look after the child because it was technically his child.
Therefore his love for Kaori just feels impossible to me. But anyway it was a good drama. I will check the Manga SL page on Reddit to ask if anyone has read the manga.
Hi, unfortunately after watching so many Thai Lakorns very few are memorable and Bad Romeo and Occupied Heart are the unicorns for me personally. The rest are just average. You can try Endless Love and My Forever Sunshine. But honestly i haven't watched one that has captured my attention lately.
This was such a waste of time. It is not the first time I have seen this, I think it is a cultural thing. I will…
I think novels and most of the josei Manga Live action adaptions somehow center on this sort of subject. It is also understandable since cheating has always been traditionally done by men but now the plot twist is "what if the wife is cheating too". Every time we have this type of drama we are always waiting to see what the woman will do. And that's basically always the story. Maybe its a cultural shift and talking point at the current state of Japanese marriages, with their weekend marriages and sexless marriages. They seem to be either an attempt at changing the traditional meaning of marriage and put a "what if"
Subtitles for the first 3 episodes are up on subscene, hopefully the rest don't take too long.
Hi can you please spoil the ending for me. I watched it with google translate but subs for E10 are missing and so i watched it raw, I sort of get what happened but l need to confirm that they did not get back together because that would piss me of so much. Did he at least get treatment, he treated her so bad though i didn't even need English subs to see that. Thanks in advance.
This was a thrilling ride in a fast moving car, bracing for the final impact.I was going to give it 8 but down…
So why did Kyosuke marry and remain with Mutsumi if she was such a serial cheater? I didnt understand that. Did he have some hero complex or something since their relationship seems to have started when he saved her and his relationship with Kaori also seems to start in a similar way?
Who is the father of the baby? Wikipedia says its Takuya but from the show it looks like the other guy? . Did they fake the DNA results or someone on Wikipedia made a mistake?
What does the final text message from Kyosuke to Mutsumi say, the one she gets when they are sitting on the park bench with her baby. ( Last episode).
This was a thrilling ride in a fast moving car, bracing for the final impact.I was going to give it 8 but down graded to 7.5 because the SFL's dangerous and erratic behavior is never addressed. She is a complete psycho and i really hated the way she said "Papa". For the most part, i enjoyed it but it left me with a few questions as well. If anyone read the manga or watched the series with better subs please answer my questions below.
A very frustrating ending, if anyone has read and has finished the Manga please update me on the ending. Thanks…
I'm just curious to know if all the younger subordinates were playing some sort of game as a way to climb the corporate ladder? Did the FL's junior really love her? because in the end she seemed to have some sort of breakdown and i found that confusing
I actually enjoyed this, the first two episode tricks you into thinking you are watching some other BL drama. In the end its a very touching drama about embracing life in chaos, forgiveness, trauma, closure and picking up the pieces. It might as well as be called the redemption of Ritsu because at the end he is forced to confront and reflect about his own life, cavalier attitude and what is important to him.Lessons we all need in a dying and ending world.
Its the usual silliness; that's pretty much why I stick to kdrama. But sometime super silly is good!
you are comparing two different things here. This is a shoujo/Josei Manga Live Action adaptation and a specific genre of japanese dramas. Shoujo/Josei Mangas are mostly written for women and have this specific type of plot. Also usually ten or less 30 minute episodes . Therefore they just represent one branch of jdramas but cannot be compared to kdramas which are mostly 16 episodes and 1hr or more longer than a manga adaptation.
No its not like Bad Romeo at all. If you are here because you enjoyed Bad Romeo, don't waste your time here. The…
i have a new appreciation for the villain in Lub Luang who becomes a monk at the end to gain atonement. Though i might not be visiting his temple anytime soon, at least he appreciates that he did a lot of evil things and is seeking forgiveness. But the FL's sister continues like she didn't try to get her sister killed twice or steal her man or steal the inheritance and she just asks for forgiveness. And her boyfriend takes her back, without addressing any of those things. They even lie to the cops to protect her. No we don't love people with emotional issues by forgiving them we get them the help they really need.ie. therapy
No its not like Bad Romeo at all. If you are here because you enjoyed Bad Romeo, don't waste your time here. The only similarity is the FL but the stories are radically different. Even without the triggering scene there really is not much of a story here. The FL has amnesia buts acts really stupid and isn't even that curious about her own life after she finds out. There is no secondary plots so its going in circles until the very last 3 seconds at the end.
Where do i even begin with this one. I was so shocked when one of the males praised the FL on how strong she was !!!, when the whole show is practically everyone playing football with the FL abusing her left, right and center. Until the end the FL was constantly being slapped, pushed and abused by everyone in her life including minor characters at work. Then she acts like Saint Mother Theresa only to weep two minutes later because she is making bad, unreasonable decisions. The ML who is supposedly in love with her looks helplessly as she is constantly harassed by his family and not saying anything. The ML's brother and his fiancee were equally a strange and manipulative couple. The mothers are equally bad. Did the SFL really need that ending, because she was never cool, she was cruel.Did we also need a 3rd guy for FL?.Who writes this sort of nonsensical rubbish.
The FL & ML were so stiff ,wooden and expressionless its hard to believe they were in love. Then there are various random plot changes that didn't make sense at all. 7.5 is too generous rating the drama is more like a 6.5 . Watch another drama, you are not missing anything by passing this one.
Its a 6.5 for me.I think the plot of this drama is good but the problem is with the actors or director. There is very little emotions for the emotional situations where someone should be crying their heart out. For a couple that is madly in love you actually never really feel it or see it. ML becomes a puppet and never recovers his role, FL is so dumb and too saintly. And why is everyone apologizing to the evil person that created all the mess. It lacks the crazy, screaming ,hair pulling, Thai lakorn feel though the story-line promises it.In the end nothing much happens.
I just didn't understand Kyouske's character because he seemed indifferent to Matsumi but defended her when he kept saying that he would not divorce and would look after the child because it was technically his child.
