The world is funny place, people love you when you are on the top and making money for them. Once you lose your golden egg making abilities, you can easily be thrown away. I hope and pray he has people supporting him right now. Addiction is a disease and drug-addicts are people with genuinely real problems. The other sad thing is he is probably not the only one in the industry that is struggling, he is the one that got caught. The fact that its been going on for a while shows that there might be a network and supply of drugs for the rich and famous.

This lakorn is not as cute or sweet as the comments here.I have never hated a family the way i did this one. So toxic and superficial to the very end, their fights so petty & childish.From episode 1-8 i honestly had to force myself because of the petty fights and no story. The father was so unreasonable and acted like a douche, he was just as selfish as the other dad. They baited us with the ML/FL relationship the whole show, FL was hot & cold and seems to contradict herself most of the time. The ML is a lovable fairy-tale character, that doesn't belong in this lakorn, he was written for something much sweeter than this show.
At least i can always count on Thai Lakorn to teach me about how bad & toxic polygamy is.

Didn't like her too. She was too nosy and full of disinformation. For a Dr she was a bit dumb & so judgemental. Not even a good friend to her supposed best friend.

i need to stop looking at these ratings because the higher the rating the more disappointed i am. This is not 7.8 material guys. All i can say is to have a FL who is dumber than a sheep and endure it for 18 episodes horrible. The ML was great but paired with the sad-looking, dumb FL it was torture. I gave it a 7 because it kept going in circles, the villains or the dad were all not that clever to be upstaged by the Step-mum is ridiculous.She is greedy but not that sophisticated.

I had really high expectations when i watched this one, but it didn't live up to it for me at least. Some parts i enjoyed but some parts i found draggy and just filler episodes. The ML does try to be a tough pimp (according to the novel) but it doesn't seem to suite the actor, we needed a better Bad Boy (hard with tats and all). I think it was a miscast. Yes Tor is handsome & juicy looking and all those other things but just didn't work for me.He looked too innocent and clean to be a guy on the edge.The FL is equally lacking in some respects, weak character. i understand she was representing the voice of reason for the ML but we can have a strong, assertive voice right.Some people saw chemistry, i saw none. I rated it a 7.5 because i enjoyed some of the action scenes but not deserving of an 8.3 because it wasn't consistently great. My favorite character that i think embodied what the series should have been is Aunty Mam. Maybe when they do another remake they make use my ideas (haha). But who cares right (lol), but i always love it when others leave honest reviews.

Loved it, one of the few lakorns that deserves its high rating. This is a mature lov story, that is well written, combined with the action & island life it makes for a great watch. You don't need to suspend all reason to enjoy it.

The synopsis sounds better than the actual lakorn because some of what is described is not clear at all from watching. There are many irritating plot holes that could have made the drama better if they had been fixed. The SML's character was way better written than the ML's (decisive,compassionate & uses his brain). It's not clear if ML's parents set them up or not. Half of the so-called suspense wasn't even that surprising because you cannot tell if the FL is confused,clever or stupid. It had a lot of potential but fell short. The FL was good at crying at the drop of her hat, but was not convincing when it came to her love for ML. She didn't act in love at all, very wooden and expressionless (i thought maybe she had too much work done on her face maybe). For example when she smiled,it looked weird & fake

I have zero sympathy Anne,she did it to herself.Nam told her, but she persist with her silly plan. You can try and blame Dit but how can you expect him to switch off his feelings...that was just a stupid plot IMO.

I have a weakness for "Cinderella type stories" with evil stepmoms and crazy step- sisters. Sometimes, i was confused when the FL cried ( she cried an awful ) because i could not figure out why she was even crying. The story has potential and is not that complicated. The ML is just a train wreck, i understand its a slap-kiss but....this guy has a pea-brain, abusive and dump.

Not sure what you are into but, i have recently watched the below and found them better and more romantic than this one.

They do romantic stuff together but like i said the context is very different (lies,manipulation,anger,abuse). For example there is a bed scene/sex, but she has amnesia and she is also drunk....something romantic for me would be like in Bad Romeo where even for a brief time ML/FL were clear about falling in love & loving each other even when they did end up having a misunderstanding.

So yes it can be classified as Romance, but depends on personal opinions as you can see from the amount of comments on here.

Its difficult to say really because she was either being tricked,lied to or manipulated so its hard to see it as romantic.

Go for it, let me know what you think after.
The main difference between them is that in BR love relationship between the ML/FL is focused on while in KC its not the main theme.

With a Name (story line) like that you would think its trash,this was a surprisingly good. At the end you sympathize with the characters, there is great character development or insanity (hahaha). Overall good watch, fast paced, no filler episodes or sub-plots. Watched it on Youtube.

I knew show was doomed by episode 10 when there didnt seem to be any stories/plot left to explore in an 18 episode show.So i was a bit prepared.

There was so much to hate in this drama, but its still watchable.

-Too many psychos in one show
-FL's dad & family (really people)
-ML's sister (clingy,psycho)
-FL's ex-boyfriend (weak,confused child)
-ML's sister's maid (cruella)
-ML (character switches hot/cold, spoiled his crazy sister)

Things i liked

-i like the evil character, good nut-job acting (nailed it) and her tricks were also clever.
-the little boy (he brought much-needed cuteness to the show though he doesnt have many scenes).
-Vineyard was beautiful

Haha, those eyes are still scaring people, even now in 2023. I was like if i meet this guy alone, i would run 😆🤣
