Thanks for your list, im currently going through a Thai lakorn bender. You give very high ratings t im not usually very generous and rarely rate most dramas 8. If you manage to thaw my icy heart and make me cry/reflect on life then you get an 8 ( lol, that's my rating system). Thanks again for the list, i discovered new shows to check out.
Im forever looking for those stories that speak to the human condition and that feeling we all have that we are somehow insiginificant in the grander scheme of things. Stories that try to answer our most basic question "am i seen?" "can you see me?" "do i really exist".The fact that i can walk away from a show with life affirming quotes like "Power up from where you are". Healing stories.
One of the best Thai lakorn, i ever watched. The story was emotionally so moving , i felt the love, the hate & the pain of the actors.Story was a bit different from your average lakorn and it kept me interested until the end. They Really Tried To Make A Lakorn Where You Dont Need To be stupid/brainless to enjoy it. I will definitely be following this writer's dramas.
Do u understand japanese? Your watchlist is so unique. Wow!!
Thanks, but all the credit goes to great fansubbers we have in our community. They do such an awesome job of translating and sharing the latest/good/cinematic japanese dramas and movies. I follow them to get updates on what to watch next.
One a personal note, i enjoy Japanese dramas/movies for their versatile themes & slice of life messages. It feels like taking a breath of fresh air for me.
It was okay by Thai lakorn standards, because all lakorns are on steroids (lol). Best part of the show for me was Suki the manager. He deserves his own show. The worst part was Paik, I'm very sad that they didn't suggest that she see a psychiatrist because she is not normal.
It felt like parts of the drama were missing. Not sure if its the editing or what. So many all over the place stories and concepts. Even the sexy romance could not save this one. Fast-forward button came in very handy.
Not that much into Chinese dramas of any sort because i never seem to find storylines that i enjoy (&too long mostly). This was good, short sweet though it ended on a cliffhanger
Past couple was kind of hot...present couple was too much crying. I think you would be happy if you saw someone you have longed for for a long time. Also the present Intouch doesn't have as much confidence as his old character (Not an expert on reincarnation). But honestly, if i come back to earth i hope i come back as sassy as ever not a sniveling mess.
Underwhelming at best, not sure why it has such a high score. The final episodes are even worse. I don't understand the concept of an intelligent person suddenly losing their guts at the last moment especially after expressing your interest in someone.
This was not that great at all. I was happy to see a Thai BL series with adults but this was bad. I liked the concept but they ruined it. I hope the novel is better than this drivel. I even felt sorry for the actors having to eat so much KFC and other product placements. Too obvious & so annoying.

There are many fansubbers but these ones introduced me to their vast network.
Then join drama-otaku or d-addicts as well, as upcoming dramas are updated there as well.
My favourite shows from 2022 are
Ase to Sekken - (stupid in the most fantastic way. )
Eien no Kinou - Tearjerker BL (but still beautiful)
Happy watching
