Out of all of the relationships, I feel like Lu Ke and Chu Ge's relationship had more chemistry. Although they were introduced in the later half, they did great with the small amount of screen time.

This can mean that full completion of the door can cause doors to lose their value in mystery therefore closing because they can no longer solve the solved. If Ling Jiu Shi can close that door, it means he has the powers to close every door if he fully clears the doors however he didn't. There is also another variable. That is if the closed doors can generate a new scenario therefore nullifying Ling Jiu Shi's clearance scenarios.
Ngl, they shouldve known something was up when they weren’t forced into the game. They knew how long someone could be kept in the game but didn’t know that if everyone with a chip went to make a deal, they would fall into coma. Im confused on how the leads didnt think of this. Not to mention, they were at a disadvantage so someone couldve been kept outside or had an automatic upload of evidence if anything happened to them.
It hurt to watch this because I've watched many harem scheming dramas that this drama simply just kills my vibe with its half-done schemes. The actress really carried the drama because I sat through the entire drama while starring at her expressions. She’s pretty good at acting in certain scenes.

You should search up: understanding Naoki POV, you can see a lot of things that are subtle. Yuki furukawa who played Naoki also said in a BTS scene that Naoki is a more subtle person and you would have to closely observe him in the scene that he is in to understand his character and reation. Also this is a 1990s manga adaptation so of course its pretty old fashioned. Hope you understand that there’s more to the story and understanding cultural differences are also key to enjoying a drama. Of course you don’t have to agree, you just have to understand what they think is normal so the story can make sense.
Also, I personally really like this drama because it’s the closest (my opinion) to the manga. The author who wrote this, unfortunately passed away, leaving the manga without an ending. The author’s husband decided to continue the manga’s sterilization. He also gave an ending to the story in the manga (2008) as he’d been told by his late wife before her passing. (At least thats what I had researched.)
