The director decided to kick ZXW one last time before giving us a Happy ending and I don't know why people are complaining here but ML at the time of this drama would be in his late 19 and early 20's.
I also believe its not Okay to film a romantic scene between 20-year-old and 24-year-old but it was not open ending like a lot of people are complaining here cuz she literally chose to let go of her dream world to be with her.....and judging by the way things were portrayed Elder Princess will happily accept her as her daughter-in-law now.

Biggest takeaway from this drama is superb acting by both leads and especially ZY. I watched this drama cuz of her and she made me proud in this one. Its one of the best drama of the year after TOTEM (on acting basis) and ZY can play layered-grey character really well and in some parts. I think she used "Method acting" in this serial and some scenes, like the "crying and laughing" at her fate scene in this one was done to absolute brilliance.
I even pointed out in previous comments that absolute loyalty without thinking capability is woman fantasy, but FEMINIST cooked me alive for saying this is wrong and these things only exist in woman fantasy......So to all those extremists, told you so !
