So FL-ex like FL, she likes ML but DFL and her twin also likes ML.....What type Love Pentagon is this and ML is winning with two suitors, FL should also bring another ex to balance it.

I think she is holding on to that bottle after the first assassination, when ZXW gave it to her and told her, its his family secret recipe or medicine of some sort and only he has it.

but the thing I don't like about him is, in the last 2 episodes or at the very last. He always tries to give happy ending to FL like in "Gone with rain" everybody was happy with CWD death.
So in my personal opinion, the original timeline finale with ZXW is completely un-necessary and he should have left it at that, like she wakes up, he leaves her to go back to his own life and Lord duties.
My reasoning for that will be all the problems FL have with ML character and his position as Lord in Zhong mansion also exist in that timeline and to make matter worse, he is husband of Mu and the person, that called her family execution.

So why give them HE, one episode is not enough to change their fate and we should have open ending of some sort.

You are still wishing for ZXW, like I mean She literally pointed a knife at him for HRZ and was ready to use it. I don't think there is anything else left in world, She can do to say "She don't give a damnn about him"
I think now we ZXW fans have become delusional to behave like this. We know what will happen in real world but at that point, it will look worse for ZXW cuz now she has nothing left in the world.
Her family is dead, HRZ don't exist, ZLY hates her and is now with Mu, she is slave and traitor daughter and hence everybody hates her.....so now she will be with HRZ. I mean he is still the last option for her and when she will have nothing else, then she will be with him not cuz "She ever loved him" just cuz there is no one else left. So in grand hierarchy of things our boy will still be her last and worst option.
It looks very bad for ZXW character to have this kind of ending and with just one ep left of modern era, there will be no redemption arc for FL either.

You know Mu family is framed by Huo family and even their daughter is straight up lying....then WOULDN'T KEEP EYES ON THAT TRAITOR FAMILY AND PLANT YOUR PEOPLE AROUND traitors in your home.
Lets continue the "Ge Family" which has killed your father suddenly reappears and starting hosting assassination events at your banquets, you know there are two hostile and powerful butler of West (FL father) and South (Meng family) in house trying to take over......What will you as Lord of the state do?

I think you are confusing somethings cuz all this business of the South and West still belong to Zhong family and are only managed by these Butlers. They sell Zhong family incense in these shops and get the cut of the profits by managing them and the shops in south were originally managed by Meng family and now he transferred them to ZLS.

I don't even agree with modern punishment of traitors cuz 95% of people under them are usually following the direct order from superior and hence can be excused and punished lightly.
