Firstly, no there is bias against dubbed voice in award shows in China and drama is judged purely on basis of popularity and rating. Secondly, bro don't talk shit about "Love between fairy and devil" cuz the script and storyline required Esther to act like that and you are missing out, if you have not watched that drama cuz of that....both leads did phenomenal acting, and I would call that career defining role for Esther Yu.
Why are people hating FL so much? She is doing pretty good Job at acting and you can't expect her to become mature in matter of episodes, its the requirement of the character and this drama is supposed to have 2 reincarnations, so it makes sense for her to act armature in beginning.
I rather for them to release in June for the summer slot.
I know they are reserving it for summer vacation slot, but I have been waiting for this drama for a very long time.....and just can't wait anymore, I believe the rating of the starry love will decide its fate, if they get low viewership, they will rush either Legend of anle or till the end of moon.
No, I believe people are very harsh on the drama for no reason whatsoever. They spent 4 episodes introducing the characters and I believe next 4 episodes will decide the fate of series, who knows they may through a huge plot twist.
The first 18 episodes are for character development and introduction, so if you find it boring just go straight to episode number 20. After that the shit-show will start.
I have finished watching this drama and let me tell you something, every second of that was worth it. I would rate it higher than love like the Galaxy cuz every character was written beautifully. Still 2023 releases sucks and I am waiting for Dilruba drama The Legend of Anle, which was supposed to release this month.
The Fight scenes in first episode were pretty realistic and I was sold the moment, she tried to fight 7 guys but still her physique lacks the muscle mass required to knock guys around like that.
