Funny thing is, they are right/made for eachother. Roa Jing is rough around the edges but is a highly principled intelligent person, ML is hard working but more outgoing and dumber in certain aspects. Like dude can't read the room even if his life is dependent on it !

She got frustrated and tried to walk away but then she saw ML having business dinner with his colleague and client, and without communicating with him, or listening to his side of the story, she sat her ass down again and waited till the night for guy to appear....SO SHE CAN CHEAT ON HIM !
Let me tell you with 100% assurity , if it was any normal male. He would have reacted very angrily, probably caused huge commotion and dumped her right at the spot and hate her for remainder of his life cuz he would have literally caught her "Red handed".

don't get it twisted and try to confuse me too...she was there for blind date and waited for the dude but he didn't show up. So, she got angry for getting stood up and was about to leave....she was cheater through and through (she made the mental calculation and tried her best to cheat but other guy failed her).

I recommend you watch episode 11 again, when she angrily sat down for a date. If I remember correctly, he did came out of the meeting after checking his phone to tell her about the "dinner" but instead find her attempting to date somebody else.

That's why I don't agree with you all cuz you blame the victim and justify the aggressor in the relationship. ML didn't cross any limit with SFL or gave her favours. You want ML to jump through the hops, while the real cause of problem is "FL inferiority complex" and "lack/absence of self-confidence".
She needs to work on it and I am all in for growing together as a person and couple, where partners deal with problems together, but in order to get to that point both parties have to show loyalty or some sort of willingness.
FL behaviour has been very bad so far and ML literally saw the ex coming out of her household and he didn't over-reacted or misunderstood. He calmly asked her and she was in the wrong for going to that outing, knowing very well it was her ex arranged it to spend time with her and then allowed him to drive her back...but he still showed maturity and forgave but look at what she has done !
He was having business dinner and she attempted and tried her best to cheat (waiting for the guy till evening to show up), I mean she didn't get angry, stormed off, left angry messages or ruined the dinner.....she straight took EXTREME STEP and cheated. After watching ep 11 I came to comment section, expecting people to point out her bad behaviour and people were cheering her.

First its a trade secret and FL has no legal or moral right to know about the possible promotion or demotion of her colleagues, its ML responsibility as a boss to maintain that anonymity/privacy of his subordinates.
Secondly its the FL who brought up the whole "Keeping personal and private life" separate debate and made a rule one episode ago to not bring office shit into the household.
