I get where are you coming from but Bai Lu, WJY and Dilruba are very busy and probably booked upto 2026 in advance, Lu Yu Xiao (one of the best actresses) and all the other younger actress like Jing Yi, Zhao Jin Mai and others lack the experience in doing the martial arts dramas.
Out of the new lot only Zhou Ye has experience with Martial arts dramas (back from brink). Although she is bit underweight, but 45kg is definitely not bad for a 165cm woman.

If you want people to respect your opinion first thing you need to do, is stop making assumption about them and remember somebody is always better than you. I don't what you have achieved in life, but I completed my MD/MBBS degree (on full scholarship/zero student loan) from USA and after completing residency. I am currently employed as a General Surgeon in a prestigious hospital in L.A, so I am very content with my life achievements at tender age of 24 (I don't think I can be defined as jobless). Furthermore, I know quiet a few people regular users of this site, who are well settled in their life and career.
Secondly, why should people listen to you and what right you have to come here and moral police people about how they talk about dramas online?
Thirdly, you have not raised a single point explaining, why remake is better than the original but still decided to go after people at least putting in the effort to explain reasoning behind their actions.

I agree with you people shouldn't clown on remakes and Business proposal is overhyped and overrated drama and I haven't watched "Crash landing on you" either, but I know its a famous drama so I used it as an example.
One thing I believe we can both agree on is "The Judge from Hell" is a great drama !

Take "Business Proposal" for instance, its Hong Kong remake got clowned over by original fans and I kinda agree with them. Its a bad remake and same way, if Chinese make a remake of "Crash landing on you" people will cook them alive just after watching the trailer dropped.

Without the close sibling bond, three leads closeness and the whole complex feeling narrative of impossible to let go can't be explained. Yes, I didn't like the "Kiss scene" but I clearly remember FL consenting to it. When ML told her, well I can do something that could take your mind of situation and make you forget about your fight with your best friend. FL consent to it by saying "Its impossible" and challenged ML to go-ahead and do whatever he was planning.
This tells me you didn't understand the depth of plot and treated the whole thing as superficial....lol ML feelings for her were complex cuz his mother was a MONSTER, who gave him trauma and then used her health as excuse to torture him. ML return to China as like a victim running from jail/aggressor to the only place or person....which will keep him safe. Lol, he was attracted to her like the only light in his dark life (like a moth to a flame) and he wasn't just fighting for "FL FEELINGS and LOVE". He was FIHTING for his LIFE, like in the scene when FL accepted his confession. He told her, if you let go of this hand I will FALL APART (die). That's why ML/SML one liners "Nobody Loves me" and "Nobody wants me" carried so much emotional depth/weight and summarized their characters in few words. Lol, your point regarding FL never treating ML as her brother in their childhood was also wrong (she never did it), drama went on to prove it with flashbacks and even SML accepted/affirmed that fact in front of leads in the end. I am telling you all this cuz although remake is a good drama, but it lacks these layered characters and emotional depth. I agree with your comment regarding 40 vs 16 episodes but they have somehow managed to kill the souls of characters and made it straight forward. This is what people are pissed at !
I watch/love both K and C dramas and has no dog in the game but y'all really misunderstood the Go-Ahead defenders here.

Your entire argument is stupid cuz if somebody tried to make the remake of "The God Father", Breaking bad and Peaky Blinders, people will judge it as harshly as they are doing it here. That's just the gist of things online, famous dramas remakes are compared to original work and of all the people, K-drama fans can't talk shit to anybody.
We are talking about people who targets C-dramas and call them "copies" which got absolutely noting to do with original k-dramas and y'all even have tried to stop dramas from even getting awards like "Meet yourself vs Hometown Cha Cha" drama. Go-Ahead is well like and critically acclaimed drama and everybody knew what they were getting into before making the remake. If its shit, then its shit and no amount of fanboying is going to change that.
Now don't get me wrong, I like it and it's a good drama, but it's not Go-Ahead lvl good and I blame casting director for it. They should have gone with experienced cast !
