Ikr, so true! HIY is shy & cool, where as Eun Woo is so funny with all the teasing & sometimes sulking, Lol! Ga Young's reaction is so hilarious as well, their interactions are so adorable, they all have a great chemistry on & off screen & the last part kkkk X))

Haha, yeah, I feel bad for the Queen's life so am rooting for her, but even if C&K become the endgame I wouldn't mind either, agree it'd be fun to see Chef's reaction for everything x)

I think ep 7 will be essential to determine where their plot is heading towards to, Chef & King or Queen & King as their endgame.

Queen & King, if they show how actually the King has some feelings for the Queen before all of the scheming happened & make the King hates the Queen and only sees her as Kim's clan apprentice.
Chef & King, if they show no flashback & only develop Chef & King onwards.

My bet rn is on the first option :)

Yes hating characters is fine if the OP made it clear what bothers them, but without a reason? It could came as hating the characters because of the actors too.

I've been persuading ppl to give positive lights to this comment section but idk if it's this hard, now I'm on the verge of give up too, I probably shd hv refrain myself reading the comments here, am loving this drama so I keep coming back to check this page but it always end up as a deep sigh seeing this constant negative feeds, so tiring (**)

With all respect, the comment about Seo Jun is no where near the slamming Eun woo gets (I won't bother either if that's the case), the OP gives her points clearly what bothers him with SJ character & no one ever told bad things about HIY (thank God!), while Eun Woo as an actor & Suho as a character were constantly put in a bad light & often without reason (I don't refer it to you), looking at their words, the person who throw negativity even don't even need to watch the drama & we'd never know.
I can drop by at anywhere drama & said his character boring & he is a bad actor without even watch the drama.
So I hope you could understand my point.

My concern is how people just like to throw negative things over and over & not even try or making an effort to make this comment section enjoyable to read. The drama is so enjoyable & fun, but this comment section is the opposite.
Every action will get a chain of reaction, so if people spread negativity then the outcome is bound to be negative as well.

If people gave Eunwoo some constructive criticsm which's open to discussion, and give a fair objective review which side is bad and good & not mere throwing hatred or stated him as bad actor, period, I believe the response will be better & this comment section will be more enjoyable to read, which unfortunately don't.

Eun Woo is doing good here, he is improving alot since his MIGB days & knetz even praising how he has improved. So why here's different?
Yes, he still need to improve his crying scenes, but does every actor good at it? I don't think so, not even a good actor always good at crying scenes either, but I don't see them getting roasted as Eun Woo gets here (given people seems can't refrain themselves but keep putting him or his character in a bad light over & over).

This is not even some grammy dramas that require a top notch acting. For me Eun Woo fits his character perfectly & do his character justice. He never ruins a drama for me too.
Even in crying scenes which's his weakest, I still cry alot so that at least tells something.
He is also doing good at showing the trauma he feels, his soft side, action scenes, etc, so I hope people can be more objective & can give him credits too when the credit is due & not only focusing on his negative & only give complaints after complaints.
As for now, what I capture is how some people already had a bad prejudice for him from the start, so they can only focus & see him as bad, which's a shame.

Yes it's totally fine! People can ship whomever they want, it's their choice & preference.

The sls in this drama is nothing esp if you came here right after watching Start Up, lol, the latter was totally insane.
The sls here mostly came from the webtoon readers (the webtoon develop the SML story more so readers are attached to his character), but people who watch only the drama morelikely will only find the SML is entertaining & loveable but would still prefer the FML&FL as the OTP/their ship/romantic partner.

It's ok, yes you can hv your opinion ofc, to each of their own, my point is just I hope people can share their opinion respectfully & wording it better, appreciate the casts hardwork w/out throwing shades on them (am speaking in general not directed to you) & if needed constructive criticsm is the better option, like for example saying hope he can work on his acting more on a certain situation, etc, rather than expecting the show to change the actor alltogether after all his hardwork for this drama.

I wasn't being sensitive, am just hoping viewers can be sensible & respect all the casts equally, you could say you're not fond of his acting & hope he improves, you could say he's not your preference too that's okay, but for totally change him? That's not being respectful to the actor who has work hard for this drama, imho.

CEW is cast as the main ML no matter you like him or not
You're not the director nor one from the casting team
Like it or not, you need to accept that True Beauty main ML is Eun Woo & no one else whoever you have in mind.
So it's better to accept him as he is if you want to enjoy the rest of the drama because he has been & will always have the most screentime along with MGY.

I get that he is not your preference tho. Though as for myself, I find him fits Suho's character perfectly & portrayed his character well.

It's just irrelevant, posting them on public feeds is the more proper way, more people could help you there

Mark your post as spoiler please, gosh how I wish I didn't read your post. I don't wish to know how SH was in the webtoon as this drama is different & won't be the same like the webtoon just like the production team said so.
I just want to judge the drama based on what I've seen in the drama.

True, sometimes it baffles me to see people that easily generalizing & branding his character as boring without even able to elaborate why they find him boring.
If people prefer SJ over SH why can't people just say it so & tell more about SJ positive point without keep belittling SH?
I find Suho is more mature than SJ, if being mature then classified as boring then I'd take that boring one anyday ❤

Whenever I see BH as SY = I laughed
Whenever I see SY's backstory = I cried
Drama went back and forth showing them = I cry & laugh on repeat (□.□")
