Yes it's only normal to pity him I agree but my whole point isn't about how people feel bad for SJ because sure that's a given, my point is I don't get why people would want JG romancing SJ too here when SH being the end game is as clear as a broad day light.
I'd root for SJ happiness but by him getting his happiness doesn't necessarily means he has to be with JG, no need to trap him in a nonsense love triangle when he deserves better & clearly it won't end well for him if he were trapped in this love triangle thing in this drama.

The end game is obviously JG with Suho
- all the development went to JG with SH
- JG-SH had a deeper bonding, heart to heart talk, emotional connection, they shared what their likes, what they suffered & going through, find themselves as an emotional support to eachother
- JG's love is direct towards SH & SH only, and never see SJ more than friends, JG-SH feelings are mutual
- SH opened up to other through JG, he need JG more than SJ need JG, and it goes both way JG to SH too
- SH had an obvious more screentime than SJ
- The cover for their OST titled Happy Ending has JG&SH as their cover
So it can't be anymore obvious than this who the end game will be, it'll be Suho

So I don't get why people would want SJ had a romance with JG when clearly
- JG has no feeling for him
- SJ only start to notice JG because SH had feelings for her
- SJ feelings aren't even deep towards her yet
- SJ & SH used to be friends but do you all really want him rubbing SH wound intentionally & went pursue the girl SH likes that doesn't even like SJ back?

Why bother showing/developing SJ romance with JG if she'll end up with SH anyway?
It'd ruin both JG and SJ character & make SJ will be even more heartbroken.
If Seo Jin or any other girl did that instead of Seo Joon I believe more people would curse instead of rooting for her.

If I were team SJ (or even if I'm not), I'd hope that he'll have another arc & happy ending, he deserves better than become JG's or any other girl's spare

And I hope people could accept that this drama is different than the webtoon & judge the drama by themselves, the production team said so.

Lol what are you talkin' about? Their chemistry are great on & off screen. Eun Woo & Ga Young are friends in real life so it was translated on screen how they click right from the start. It's a highschool drama so it's unfair to compare them with Secretary Kim. Hv you watch any highschool drama hv a kissing scene like Sec Kim had? But that doesn't mean they're bad just because of it.
Their kiss was soft (love the way he cupped her face) but at the same time hot & gave me so much feels, they have a great chemistry & not only from their kiss. You may speak otherwise that's your opinion but that doesn't mean mine is not valid as well.

I believe it's just her imigining things like she has always been, lol, also it's clear that Suho is the main male lead here given all the development they shown, screentime amount & their cover for Happy Ending OST is Suho&JG, so there's no doubt whatsoever, they'll be the end game for sure.

Haha I love it more here because I'm also more invested on the TB OTP than MIGB, and actually if you watch their kiss on ig (or anywhere) where you can zoom their part when the scene pans out, they sorta french kissing to eachother, but the director choose to shot that frenchkiss from faraway to give them the more "first kiss" feels to it :)))

From more than 200 dramas I've watched, I've never seen the guy ever kissed the girl while carressing & rubbing her earlobes like how he did here, that's sexy af!!

Really? Well probably the negative preview backfires at them. I almost don't have the courage to start the ep either from how misleading the preview are.
Or probably people got tired with the love triangle too.

Not really, am still rooting for the main couple more, he's great but he doesn't own this drama, all the casts did that, no need to belittling the other casts, let's appreciate them all

I love how JG here clearly knows where her heart leans towards to, I dislike a girl who can't decide & keep changing sides until the last ep, please don't turn JG into another fickle girl like Born Again did just for people to see the romance from both guys & ruining the FL character in the process/ as the result, show! You're doing great until now, don't make a mistake like the webtoon author did.

To those who are planning to start reading the webtoon while watching the drama, Imo it won't be a wise choice to take:
- if you're Team JK, you'll hate how they make/written her character into
- if you're Team SH, you'll be frustated with how the story progress
- if you're Team SJ, I don't think it'd end well either for him
And you'll ruin your drama watching experience as well.

Better just watch & enjoy the drama as it is right now, and if you still have the interest to read the webtoon after you complete the drama, then just read it afterwards, imo.

Money I supposed, author-nim might milking it in the longest possible way hence the character then suffering from it as they no longer make anysense nor the plot/ story

That's why I said I hate the webtoon from what I see in their latest chapters & been telling people how reading the webtoon would ruin the drama watching experience. The writing of JG character was really irritating for me, if she loved SJ why broke up with him coldly & then waver at SH, that doesn't make any sense, the webtoon's writing kinda make no sense, hence why I'm relieved that the drama choose to be different, like why would they bother to follow if they can make it better

Yep, which I don't get why he have to be like that either, I don't want to see JG being treat as a mere trophy to fight, like I get that he still feel bitter towards SH but is it really necessary being that intentional making him jealous, even after knowing how SH truly feels for JG & basically begs him, am expecting more from him since they used to be friends :'(

I don't feel SJ love for JG esp after watching ep 8, I find his purpose is more to stir SH insides. or if it was there, I don't think it has gotten deep yet, I'd rather he pull out his feet sooner than later, to prevent more heartbreak & I truly wish this drama won't get too frustating to watch from dragging the love triangle too much
