True, SH-JG bonding are deep & beautiful, I'm very much pleased to discover their beautiful love story here, how they're emotionally connect & heal eachother, I hope they won't ruin this drama by dragging the love triangle, messing everything up. If I want to watch a FL who date one person after another, I can easily watch any random western series. What I love about Korean drama is how their love story is portrayed way deeper than over some a mere attraction, touching our soul & much more meaningful than that.

Why bother to follow the webtoon if the drama can do better, why bother to follow the webtoon if it'd cost JG's character being downgrade as a mere fickle girl?
This drama is good as it is & the webtoon is not even better than the drama, the author even make people confused & frustated with the development as its going nowhere & they don't get what the writer's want anymore, so why bother to follow?
This drama is refreshing & enjoyable as it is, no need to make an exact copy of the webtoon, it'd be too predictable & boring.

Oh C'mon, don't bring Start Up here, it's way incomparable, no one taking advantage with false identity, no one decepting the FL, the main couple love and support eachother, all emotional bonding moments & heart connection went to the main couple, they're belong together, has personal growth when they're together, the SML never even came into the picture, the FL never show any interest nor have feelings for him, the SML only start to notice the FL because the ML loves her, the main couple know eachother first, nothing like Start Up at all, it's incomparable, no need to invalidate the main couple just because you ship the other or dislike the main.

It's called dating when you haven't feel the click with one certain person, but once you had the click you're set & will only see and love him only, just like JG now is already set with SH because she already feel the click & connected with him.
Like seriously, the couple is already set because they love eachother, why ask her to cheat & two timing.
This is a story of two people who have their own insecurities, support and healing eachother, a beautiful love story & much more meaningful that way, why ask them to downgrade it by dating left and right, this is not sex & the city kind of drama.

True, thank you for saying this out loud, i hv my problem with SJ character just like I have for SH too but I don't belittle them because that is their flaws & problems they need to deal & overcome as the drama progress, that's a call/ room for character development which I'd very much interest to see rather then having them being all perfect. Both SH & SJ are flawed person and people seriously need to chill & stop making as if one character is the biggest sinner & keep roasting him while one is an angel because they're not. SJ had anger issues & problem with rubbing it on other people's face too.
Also, it's not that I don't have my own problem with clingy & posessive ML in other drama too, Start Up is the most recent ones, but unlike on SU, SH clinginess & possesiveness here is not without a reason, they told us already what he has been going through so I can feel relate to his issue & rooting for him to be heal & overcome his trauma & insecurity at the end, just like am rooting for JG & SJ too.

I find SH & SJ characterization is refreshing to see, how different they are, and how actually deep down they still see eachother as bestfriends, so I hope people can accept & love them as they are, no need to compare them all the time & belittling one over another just because one is their bias. Like, if people can understand one character's flaw & become so understanding or even neglect it, why can't they show the same compassion to the other one too?

SJ was first SH best friend before meeting JG (Bro code, anyone?)
SH-JG feelings are also mutual, so the case is closed
& I hope they'll end this love triangle asap and make him move on, no need to prolong this love triangle, it'll ruin everything & It's starting to get really annoying to see the whole war happening in the comment section, how people keep belittling one character one and another.
They shd focus the 2nd half more on amending SH-SJ friendship than keep making them against eachother. And also emotional healing for them+JG.
SJ deserves his happy ending but that doesn't mean his happy ending necessarily has to be with JG, JG never even have the same feelings, don't trap him in this love triangle as a spare.
Tbh, there won't be a case of severe SLS here in this drama if people haven't read the webtoon.
So the drama is doing great in changing them although I can see why it's frustating to see for the webtoon readers.
But seeing most of the comment section are complaining about it also not very helping to make this comment section enjoyable to read.

Nope, JG has more chemistry with SH, JG-SH had a great chemistry as lovers while JG-SJ as friends, you can see how MGY as JG never put an effort to show some softness/ vulnerability in her eyes when she saw SJ because it's the way her character is written/ acting shd be, she had no feelings for SJ & never waver at him thus it was translated on screen, where as she constantly do that everysingle time when she saw SH, JG-SH had an overflowing romantic chemistry.

True, JG-SH belongs to eachother & their feelings are sincere so there's no SLS for me. I also feel all the constant praising for SJ are made/ came from the webtoon character's, where as in the drama I don't really feel his love, genuine feelings towards JG & clearly not selflessness, it ain't even that deep yet. True, HJP is way on another level of selflessness.
Yes, I was a Jidal shippers in the earlier half but the way how they ruin DM character in the last half hv made me a shipper for HJP only happy ending (leave all behind for good) but well, we got robbed even for that as well.
I truly wish this drama won't prolong their love triangle too long (better end it asap) & wish they could just show us more how they're dealing with their emotional healing/ dealing with their insecurities & support eachother, love & friendship, etc

True, the webtoon even make JG wavers at SH again after his comeback so idg what the author wants tbh, this drama is enjoyable as it is, and I love JG in the drama but on the webtoon .... this love triangle thing shd end asap dragging it till the last ep will be pure torture & ruin everything.

Thanks, yes I totally understand, he's been constantly put in a bad light in this past ep (I hv my rants too about that as well), they want to show the tension I guess with him running everywhere to find JG but it's giving people reason to hate him & it's disheartening to see all the complaints here & how the drama has been overshadowed by the webtoon portrayal while I find them refreshing as it is although yes I do agree & hope they'll do well as well in unfolding their story.
Also, I hope they could give us more bromance than make us sees them headbutting at eachother constantly

I'm usually like that as well, I dislike obsessive ML too but here since they already hint his issue, I'm reserving my judgement & try to understand him better because I believe they'll show him dealing with it later on.

He try to confess or talk to her but she keep avoiding her because of all the misunderstanding, they were close before but suddenly she gave him cold shoulders and act cold out of nowhere that's why it's been bothering him alot esp given he's new with relationship, he has no one before not even friends & SJ practically provokes him too, so please don't judge it from one side only & probably try to understand his character's background better, he didn't act like that without a reason, it's a chain of reaction from how other characters have been treated him too. SH has his own insecurities too just like JG has.
He's far from perfect & had his own flaws but that doesn't make him a bad person, just like SJ too, so I don't get why people can be so understanding towards one character but not the other, there's a room for character development otherwise they'll run out of story we're only in their mid series.

Lol TY xD, am head over heels on SH character there on SU, the SLS there are crazy, he's literally the best boy while they making the leads show toxic tendency, they keep giving crumbs for HJP ship to drag the love triangle until their last ep & give solid background for SH more than the leads. The writing & how they end it make no sense, am scratching head & frustated all the way through. As for his ending, they only show him smiling without giving him/been rewarding him anything after all he has suffered & his good deeds, uri good boy suffered for nothing, sadly

Exactly, no one can replace uri good boy, I don't feel the SLS here because SJ feelings aren't even that deep & his action often shown ain't a selfless one either unlike HJP's, SH-JG bonding are also deeper & rootable +the drama made it perfect clear who the OTP really is.
If people never read the webtoon I doubt if there'll be this many suffering from SLS, more were coming from the webtoon & I find it's just sad how this enjoyable drama has been overshadowed by the complains/judgement from webtoon plot.

Preach! There's a lot of things we could appreciate from this enjoyable drama, rather than keep nitpicking everysingle thing & compare it to the webtoon.

But then when Suho came back she wavers again so what's the point to follow the webtoon if it will only ruin their character as well? It's unfair for all sides so I find they do the right thing to change the drama as it is rn & find it's better to enjoy & judge the drama by the drama itself, imho.

True, SJ lacks nothing tbh, he doesn't need a girl to be happy, he can be succesfull & his happy ending arc will be complete because anygirl would get in line for him, he's charming & easy making friends. While for Suho, he has been suffering alot & going through without anyone ever there besides him nor any supporting system, thus I find JG is truly the one for him as SH for JG as well, they understand eachother & feel connected deep down, they can heal & support eachother, so I never see SJ had any chance with JG thus I really hope they'll end this love triangle asap as it'll soon ruin the drama. The comment section has been pretty bad because it was overshadowed by the webtoon plot & not the drama itself.

Ikr, I feel like people just love to roast SH character saying he is boring, stalking & stuffs but when Seo Joon do bad things, people just turn a blind eye & portray him only as angel, only SH can do wrong but not SJ, lol

Idk, but no matter whom I'd root for, even for SH, if JG or even other girl he likes never like him back then my hope for him is to move on from her asap, so there'll be still a room for another development/ chance for him getting another girl, Seo Jin for instance, or even another healing arc for him than trap him by keep going on circles with this love triangle thing, so maybe that's why I couldn't feel relate, haha
