Ep.3 plz can someone explain to me. Did he kill an innocent school boy? Or the shadow was in a dead body?
It's the later, remember there's a soul/ghost recognized 444 can see ghost at the hospital? It's him, the boy didn't survive & he took over his dead body.

I'm so bummed, so JKH won't be playing as the lead/ the prisoner? I thought he'll be one & was so excited for this because of him

Idk why ppl need to bring the actors personal life into their drama, even if this drama was consider a failure…
Sigh, I still don't understand why an actors personal life had any context whatsoever to their drama. Did he pursuate ppl to be homophobic in his drama? No. And to me the one I consider as the lead in the drama is not the actors, it's the director/writer.
And just to clarify, idk which of his statement was consider as homophobia to you, my understanding based on his statement was he didn't support gay marriage & think that a man shd be married to a woman just as the bible/his religion told him so. Just because he didn't support lgbt, doesn't meant he hates/disrespect/being racist to gay ppl. Idk why this is consider as homophobia to you. It's his religion, it's his belief. I'd consider him wrong if he try to pursuate ppl and being racist to gay ppl, although I still think this is irrelevant & had no context whatsoever to his drama.
And before judging him as a bad person, you should know him better. He is kind, considerate & supportive
to those ppl/kids who suffers from poverty, abused, etc. He contributes alot & even joins unicef & went into poor villages/countries just so he can help those ppl in need & encourage them, even right after he finished his enlistment (before his drama started). So before you're spreading so much hatred about him, please do think that there might be a chance that you're judging him too early.

1) As I understood it, there were two boys in that house and Ah Ram didn't get to see the sleeping boys face.…
1. Yes, there are two boys, the original one was at the bathroom & about to be killed by some guy while his mom set another boy to pretend like her boy sleeping so Ha ram wouldn't notice
2. Agree, it'only his assumption, I believe there're more to it, or maybe I refuse to believe it's the answer xD
3 to 6. Am questioning the same thing, lol

I'm also wondering why Mo gang had no memories of the little Ha ram & why Mo gang need to take his pills daily, what's happening on his childhood? Who is that little boy around him when he was a kid? Did I miss something?
At first I thought the young Mo gang died, thus the corpse at the lake, but then none of their theories would work & I think the corpse was more like an adult one, isn't it?

Lol, I bring more question instead of answer, sorry XD
Tbh at this moment none of my theories seems to be working with their given clue so am really looking forward to see their next ep (just desperate enough to see/have more clue.)
This show is indeed required us to pay attention for every detail otherwise we'd think if they're just plot holes or even worst, lost, haha.

& yup, while I love Mo Gang but I shipped Ha Ram with Black & Mo Gang with his current gf (since Mo gang still loved her despite what she did). I don't think any of them could hv a future together though, they're belong into two different worlds #sobs#

why this one have low ratings in korea ? I like it!
Their pilot ep were pushed back 2 weeks later than their original schedule due to MBC strike, so they're aired late than its competitor & I think suffered from loosing its momentum. Just, too bad, I like this too.

Ohh then it's the same news I read before, ep 17-24 will be aired as their original schedule on Nov 6,7 & 13,14. Only their last 8ep will be move forward & aired on Nov 20-23 (2ep a day), so it's only affected to their last 8 ep, not 16 ep.
I think their new ep format by splitting an ep into half hours really make ppl confused X')

All 16 remaining episodes will air from November 20-23 cause of the MBC strike. We won't be getting anymore episodes…
Wait, whatt? Where did you read that? I thought the last 8/4ep (25-32) being move forward to give two cops (the upcoming drama) more advantage by starting it earlier than its competitor while the rest of 20thCBG ep (15-24) air as scheduled? I can't wait that long :'(

Idk, maybe they're not mature enough to differentiate between drama which consist all the cast & production team hardworks with the actors personal life.
Not to support them sure it's their right to do so, but to judge all the cast & crew of the drama deserves the failure because apparently they're working with 1 actor that against their belief (no matter what it is), don't you think it's too much?

elvirad chinguuuuuuuuuuuu just wait, we don't know what's going to happen next Monday, this show is being written…
Yes, let's wait for Monday. Yep, sure that pink guy need to go away soonest (too bad for Mr sweet dimples), lol, more than a plot device I think he is a plot blocking. While it may help for Se hee to understand what Ji ho meant to him, but it's not the answer to cure their core problems. We can't expect third parties to come everytime they had problems, jealousy is not the answer. Like treating a headache/cold with painkillers X') . The answer should come from both of them & I hope they'll learn from each other perspective.
Anyway, just asking you out of curiousity, have you watched the package yet? It's surprisingly become my fav one among all currently airing drama I watched rightnow, they're different than the other romcom & surpassed my expectation, I hope you could give'em a chance if you haven't ;p

Have I told you already how much I'm loving this show?

I love this so much. I can't remember how many times it cracks me up, this show is hilarious! but not only that, they're at the sametime poignant in telling stories.

I can't remember how many times this makes me cry/teared up too because of how beautiful, romantic/sad it is, the way they're telling us the stories & pull our heartstrings..
How gorgeous/breathtaking the scenery is..
great osts & background music..
and on top of that:
A well written backstory of each characters & the slow built romance ❤.

This show surprisingly become my most fav among all currently airing drama I watched. Who would've thought, I didn't expected to love this that much either. I didn't even planning to watch this at first. I'm so glad I gave this one a try!

elvirad chinguuuuuuuuuuuu just wait, we don't know what's going to happen next Monday, this show is being written…
"Now she is just sticking to the contract we will see next episode and I don't think Ji Ho will continue hurting or making SeHee jealous in purpose her character won't allow it she is too good for that."

This!! I really really hope that you're right chinguuu, I don't want this to be another drama whereas cliche things thrown/put all together in 1 all over again.
I do getting more invested in this from the last couple of ep but I feel like nervous if they'd ruin their characters again like they did with ho rang (Woon Seuk is not even settled yet she expected him to make a living by himself while she's retiring/not working after they get married/if they ever get married when it's not even ever mentioned into their table in 7years relationship). ugh, I just find her action/the way she think is too irrational/immature. It's unfortunate because I really like her before since she supported Jiho through her hardtimes. I hope they won't make any of their characters do irrational things/acts out of their character again. I want to see more realistic human with flaws that we can understand/feels related to, not one with absurd behaviour X'). I do want to love this drama chingu & hope they won't let us down #fingerscrossed :)

Idk why ppl need to bring the actors personal life into their drama, even if this drama was consider a failure one to me it's because of how poor the writing is/the lack of writing, & not because of the actors personal life
On Because This Is My First Life Oct 27, 2017
Just came across to see someone posts on db that reflected my point so much & since I'm bad at words, well english to be exact, so I think I'm just gonna post this here: (Credit goes to each owner of the post on db ofc)

#1"if you want to resolve conflict, petty isn't the way to do that. It just makes people involved more and more miserable. I'm dissapointed in Jiho's action and if this conflict isn't resolved in more than one episode I think I'm going to give up on this show.
Jiho (and Horang) are enforcing the negative stereotype of women that we are unreasonable and can't communicate properly. I hate that. She imagined those interaction and she's delusional by herself but when that delusion didn't come true she blamed other people. Jiho-ya, I thought you're a reasonable person. I mean Sehee asked her point blank did she like him or not and she answered no! If you misunderstand something, it's not fair that your first action is to blame other people.
Compare this with the heroine in the japanese drama Nigeru wa haji (the storyline is so similar. I think it's fair to compare them). When she overstepped her boundaries, the first thing she did was apologize. That's what the male lead did too. And that's what adult should do. So their relationship grew, not in a hateful petty misunderstanding way (like most kdrama do) but in nice and respectful way. Also Nigeru can discuss sensitive social problems better than the korean counterpart where all they did was beating around the bush and not make a real statement."

#2 "I certainly don't want this to be yet another drama where guy gets jealous, guy goes after girl, girl makes him sweat. I just can't enjoy that kind of game-playing at my age. What's to enjoy about another person's suffering, even if "he started it" (which I don't think he did).
Ji-ho is seeing everything through the lens of what she needs. And yes, she's certainly been through a lot. But it doesn't entitle her to anything, certainly not to an intimate relationship that the other person didn't agree to."

#3"If you're going to ask another person whether they don't like something you're doing, then don't take offence when they give an answer that is honest but disappoints you."

#4"I don't think Se-hee really changed at all. He seems to have become more comfortable with Ji-Ho, but this doesn't seem out of character. You can't say that Se-hee is changing his belief about marriage yet. Also, I don't think he ever tried to include her in anything. He didn't seem to imply anything when he said "our" and meant it very literally. They are housemates. So, the house is "ours." Ji-Ho just misinterpreted his actions and words."
Se-Hee’s words/actions actually acknowledged their shared (and agreed) role of mutual need—where they made decisions together. She on the other hand now interpreted this to be a shared relationship where she could make decisions unilaterally (the relationship Ho-Rang wants).
Se-Hee may appear awkward, but he seems to have an underlying desire to be free of the Korean fiefdoms (owing and being owed: be that work, his time, his parent paying for him…). When he said he wanted to marry Ji-Ho because it was her; he was comfortable opening up his quest for independence and letting someone else on the island he is making for himself as they appear to be going the same way.
And yes, once they agreed to marry, there was a shared role to agree. Hence his use of the term “us”. Ji-Ho is ridiculously bad at context of situations. Is this why her drama writing (refer those Ep01 scenes) demonstrate such a romantic naivety

#5 "my main problem with Jiho is that she wants to be understood by Sehee but she doesn't want to understand him. When she asked him to lower the price of rent and when she asked him to eat breakfast together the other day, Sehee did it because he understood her and consider how she felt. But now when Sehee asked her to understand him and keep their boundaries she's angry and lashed out in a childish way. When she said that she didn't have a boyfriend to Boknam, what did she think would happen? That Sehee apologize and ask her to be a married couple for real? Why didn't she think of the consequences? What if their parents know about the contract marriage because they see her go on a date with other men? What's the point of contract marriage then?"

#6"This drama just turned from having realistic communication schemes into the typical K-drama 'chip-on-shoulder' 'you owe me' 'I have a right to not be hurt' junk.
Being open, my foot. If she didn't want him to eat together and take the utensils, she could have put them on her side. Instead, she obviously wanted to set up a scenario to 'get back at' him and make sure he would assume something so that she could momentarily feel good about making him feel bad. I really, really, really, really, really... forget it. You just can't talk with people like that."

#7"I am not an emotionless person but I will be pissed if even my boyfriend would name my cat without asking me first and it is my cat, so I would love to cuddle it first, thank you very much, I think Ji Ho overstepped boundaries when she named the cat and behaved like it was her cat when they entered, she is not stupid and sees what kind of person he is, she should have known better."

I'd like to see a more mature Ji ho in the upcoming episodes, it's more than enough that we have the less mature one : Ho Rang, in 1 drama.
I understand her outburst but that didn't make her petty action right.
While Se hee's words seems harsh/hard to hear, he is just being honest with answering her question in the first place.

Was she asking to hold hands, declare to the world they're in love, made a big spectacle at his job? Nah, she…
I think it's common ground for normal ppl to know that you're expected to be professional at work thus seperate your personal life with your works & keep things private PRIVATE, hence I can understand why he took her visit as an intervention of his private/professional life at his work place, especially its Se hee we're talkin' about & we get to see whenever his friend brings up his personal life at works, he brushed it off/uncomfortable with it, he also didn't know that she didn't invite herself in when visited his office so I think there's a misunderstanding there.
They also made it clear for us to know that he respect routinity, whenever he came home from work first thing he do was holding his cat & strokes her hair.
So when Ji ho take that away from him + renaming his cat + visited his office without notice that day he took that as breaking his boundaries. I'm not saying he's not at fault, but to me both parties are wrong, including Jiho. She maybe a bit clueless about Se hee but it's not like she didn't know how different Se hee as a person at all so imo she shd be asking his permission first at the very least & no matter how clueless she is, she did overstep the boundaries.
All they need to do is sit down & talk about it to adjust & compromise with each other to make it work so there'll be no misunderstanding, imo.

Was she asking to hold hands, declare to the world they're in love, made a big spectacle at his job? Nah, she…
I disagree, I think it's unfair to blame it all on him. Sure I myself would be hurt with his words if I'm on Ji ho shoes, but if you take alook from his POV I think I understand him. This guy is an antisocial, normal ppl like us may think it's an act of kindness but for him it was an intervention of his privacy. First, I don't think he knew that Ji ho didn't invite herself in to come at his office. Idk, but if some strangers/acquaintances come barge in to my office without notice I wouldn't be that happy too, it's not like she is his real wife. Second, she renamed his cat, I find it's rude, like renaming your kid. I get that she didn't have any bad intention, but still she shd be at least asking for his permission first as its owner. While Se hee did it wrong by bringing "us" into the table in the first place, I think he just soften up after seeing Jiho's mom letter & to see her crying. And to have her intervented his privacy like that at once in the same day it's too much for him to take so he take a step back.
I'm on her side for saying not to give anyfalsehope if he didn't meant it & take a distance from him but if she overreacted/hurts him everytime his words hurts her, that would make an unhealthy relationship. Both need time and adjust with eachother, they need to try to understand eachother better by seeing from eachother pov otherwise maybe they shouldn't belong together in the firstplace

How's the drama so far? Wanted to start it for Song Seung Hun oppa but not sure if the concept is interesting..
Actually I hesitated to watch this at first cause I'm not fond of the lead's acting (especially Go Ahra but that's including SSH too). After watching 4 ep, boy was I wrong, I loved it, the plot is different & intriguing, so much mystery & on top of that SSH played 2different roles & I love them both. I'd say just try & decide by yourself if you like it or not, imo it's worth trying for.

Yes, I think both are new in terms of relationship. And just like it's hard for her not to get carried away, samething goes for him too. All he need is time to adapt/accept her in his life & I hope she can give him that. They just need more time to adjust & talked just like they're used to be
