yuck.i'm so glad that i was aware of the og ending before starting this. also glad that i didn't start watching…
We're still not sure yet though as it was ended as a cliffhanger of this week ep. It's hinting that way but there's still a possibility of them not being blood related (JK can be the victim's daughter raised by MY father etc). It'll be only confirmed in their last ep I think x'D
Question: is it better to watch the Japanese version first or are both pretty similar?I hear that the JP version…
Speaking from someone who watched the K-ver first then the J-ver, I'd say they're very similiar but which one you'll like it more is depend on your preference. The feedback for both original & remake were divided in three (or more?): 1. one who prefer the original because it's as dark & twisted as much as they can be 2. the other one who felt unsatisfied with the ending /plot twist in the original & expecting them to make a different twist/ending in this remake 3. Another one who loved both original & remake almost as much as they're similiar but at the same time different & had their own charm.
If you like the extreme dark twisted one, go with the original. If you like a dark melo with a better flow/cinematography, go with the remake.
However, if I had to give you a suggestion, since am not sure whether you'll like the original plot twist/ending, so for a safer bet I'll suggest you to stick with the remake esp since the remake will be completed soon (although am still not sure whether they'll follow the original).
Gahh, this drama poster & CJM profile pic doesn't give him any justice, he looks much better, younger & adorable in the drama. Idk if it's because his character is the sweetest man ever but I find him very attractive both in appearance & personality, a husband material indeed.
Hmmm the response kind of avoids a concrete answer though, or rather doesn't really address it whatsoever. I guess…
Lol, that's why am trying as vague as possible even with my post in the spoiler button. But with this drama, I think our own curiousity will bite ourselves in the end & it's almost impossible for not getting spoiled with the original ver, either in this site or elsewhere. I think I've made the right decision to watch the original first before watching this one, you'll know it eitherway, voluntarily or not X'D
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.I agree…
Actually in the original Ryo discover his past by himself too but one thing led to another & things turn out that way.
Anyway, I find this post just recently while browsing through ig, what do you think about it? To me the post sounded like they're hinting for a happy ending, right? Or is it just my wishful thinking? x'p
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.I agree…
Ohh MY didn't kill JK, he killed WS's sister. Imo, MY here is more redeemable than in the original if his dating experience was ever a concern, Ryo (MY's in the original) slept with many women, including Yuri's & WS's sister. But in terms of killing they're more or less the same except Ryo indirectly may led someone to commit suicide in the original (Seung Ah). His only turning point was the one when he killed WS's sister. Yes, am very curious on the doctor's role in this remake & whether he'd make a significant impact to their future.
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.I agree…
Lol, are you sure? I'm very cautious since I don't want to ruin your watching experience, so just incase, l'll post on the below xD . . . . . . . . . .
So in the original Woo Sang's sister keep digging on MY's background & found them being siblings. MY can't let JK knows about it so ends up killing her. So, with them being siblings+MY killing someone was like a confirmation of their death seats/sad ending, there's no way back/chance of a happy ending (in the original) at all :'(
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.I agree…
Tbh at this point the writer can twist anything & change the ending. But given the nature of Korean audience am really doubting they'd go as far as the original, they might twisted them up. However up to this point they're quite closely follow the original.
If there's a twist, I think the psychiatrist may play a significant part in that twist as he is the only thing that didn't existed in the original. And Woo Sang's sister is another significant role that will determine whether they'll have a chance for a happy ending or not ( for a reason that I can't tell without spoiling.)
episode 7 00:15:25-00:17:07, episode 11 00:32:00 - 00:33:00 and consequent episodes have this sammme god damn…
An unreleased OST that I've been waiting like forever (Lost by Ahn Ji Yeon). I thought it'd be their 2nd OST to be released but No, they released their 2nd OST today but it's another song, MY&JK duet song. Gahh, it's so frustating, I feel like they may have trolled us already, I need to know when will they release it TT
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.I agree…
I too understand where she is coming from thus my above reply, I never said being otherwise though. I haven't seen ep 11 yet but I saw a glimpse of their scene (the last part), they follow the original almost identical with that scene, one of the reason why I don't really like his character in the original. Am quite surprise to find the remake does the same thing tbh. One thing that always bothers me with Jin gook's character was he never discuss his concern with Jin Kang but keep telling her what to do. They shd hv had talk it out, but well there'll be no drama left then x'D
didn't he say his sibling was a boy? also, I don't like Yoo Jin Kang, she just fought with her "brother" who raised…
I think MY refer it as dongsaeng which can be addressed to lil' bro or lil' sis so it's still unclear.
I agree that Jin Kang is not being logical if we consider she just met him recently & she knew that MY can be dangerous, but I think because she saw herself in him she was subconsciously drawn to him more and more & fell for him fast. And we're far of being logical when we're in love :")
I agree though that it's not good to react that way to her brother who had raised her well for years but I think it's also natural for her to react that way as Jin Kook tends to act emotional but keeps everything by himself. He keep telling her what to do instead of talk or give a proper reason why. I think most ppl would not react in a good way if we take a hard approach on them.
I really wish he can play a sort of antihero ML in the drama like Cruel City, I can already tell how awesome he will be. Dear dramagod, please make it happen!!!
Lol, ep 2 preview was the longest ep preview I've ever watched, it's basically an ep summary X'D The directing/production value seems kinda off/low budget but story/characters were ok + I'm so happy to see my queen YEH again on my screen so I'll keep watching, I miss her <3
CJM face on the poster though, can someone change it with the better one, please? Am kinda feel bad for him tbh & not sure how it was able to pass their editing team :"]
