Prolly the most brutal drama I've watched, like wtf did I just watch kind of thing. I expect it to be gore but not this explicit. The issue I see many ppl getting has nothing to do with the age gap itself, at least for me since ik age gap is something that quite common happens in xinxia, but more on the story itself, coz the FL here I find works more like a mother figure as very well mentor for the ML himself since he was a kid. They met when he's literally a child who recently lost his mother and family and this mature FL took him in & gives him a shelter to live. Maybe it'd be better if they didn't show this part esp right in our face like that, but unfortunately they did.
