I can say the rating was done by antifans to lower the drama rating before the drama finish they're already rating all the eps low. There are other dramas that have adapted from novel and have polarizing opinions and still have better rating from starting eps, but this drama seems to invite lots of anti probably because they're jealous of xukai chemistry with seven tan.

How do you arrive at such a conclusion that jx doesn't want to invest in relationship from not having a network of people that she can get the info from. Zd has been in business for a much longer time so she has more experience than jx, jx is still a novice and she's not good at networking as she is just bad at being social, but that is totally different from not wanting to invest in relationship. She had a 4 years relationship with her ex and planned to get marry to him, it was him that broke off with her and how is she move on quickly with syc and ht, it's been a year since she broke up with her ex and why shouldn't she move on as he was able to move on with his life and even marry someone else. With ht they just started a relationship and she already moving too fast because of her love for him she feel insecure and want him to reassure her, how does that turn into her not working for it. Her definition of love is a fairy tale that's true but she just want security as she just found out things that ĥe kept from her that cause her to question their relationship.

Isn't it the opposite, there are fewer women than men, and they did it to themselves.

So fl being trashy so it's a shitty show, ok i get it hating on fl is the norm because it's not ok for fl to make mistakes and learning from her mistakes, but it's ok for ml to do the same and be excuse. A good drama is a drama that have ml and fl have flaws and make mistakes, as it allows them to learn and growth, if they're already perfect then there is nothing to add to the drama, and it will just be an idol drama. The conflict between jx and ht make them feel like a real couple, they both react realistically according to their characters and we can disagree wìth how they handle their relationship but at the end of the day we still want to see how they resolve their conflicts and how their relationship will growth after their disagreement.

I been reading the comments and most on here think they're both at fault, and female viewers are most likely to defend jixing. Also he didn't start the relationship with malicious thought because if he did he didn't need to invest in her company and let it run out of business instead as she couldn't find an investor for her company. And not understanding why him being a business man thinking on business term is a bad thing, i haven't watch the recent eps but i can understand if the two companies of jixing and hanting merge it would benefit the both of them, jixing was thinking with her heart and not with her head, she could've negotiate with hanting for a better deal for her company and her employees as hanting has feeling for her, he wouldn't hurt her company. But that was all in the future, hanting hasn't made the decision to merge the two companies as he knew jixing would be against it, but he would eventually have to tell her, i find him to be an honest business man and wouldn't go behind her back to do things maliciously to hurt her. Don't know how different hanting in novel and drama, but it just doesn't sit right with me that jixing profess to love hanting but don't even have any trust in him, but she would trust an outsider who has hurt her company before.

That employee of jixing who asked her for a share in her company, turn out she was working for hanting's sister, szz was so unprofessional in that interview, because he misspoke this girl now think she can demands a share even though she was just an employee. Hanting letting jixing seeing his dealing with a business partner to teach her to not mix business with personal relation because she's too nice, as a ceo of a company she has to be more strict with her employees not letting them step all over her like this girl wei wei is doing by making such an unreasonable demands. Jixing is thinking this girl is a friend she knew for many years, but the same can't be say about wei wei as she's choosing personal gains over their friendship. I feel for jixing to experienced such a betrayal, but she needs to learns in the world of business, things like this happens all the time and know how to protect herself from such a betrayal.

Yeah even hanting admits to jixing when he came to see her in her apartment that they have bad communication. Hanting share his location with jixing after she showed her insecurity when she got jealous of zd, compare to her last relationship she's much more insecure when it comes to hanting, maybe because with yi chen she was more confident in his love until he broke off with her and made her more self conscious about her own self-worth.

Xiao meng and hanting's uncle makes a cute couple. I'm surprised xiao meng is so much younger than lili and jixing, her relationship with mr lu also not as serious i guess because of their age they can take things slower compare to the other two couples.

I love ep 27, jixing got jealous because she saw hanting with zd and refused to go back with him in the same car, and hanting's assistant suggested to him to get off the car and he drive jixing's home instead. I love hanting's assistant ^^ What can be understood about jixing is she is very emotional, she can't separate business from personal relation, hanting saw jixing with her ex and even if he's jealous he didn't show it, but jixing is different she gotten mad and refused to talk to hanting until he came to see her. We can see the both them deal with relationship very differently, hanting can still be rational while jixing got emotional, and it was only after he apologized that she admit she was also in the wrong. I don't remember jixing act this way when she was with her ex boyfriend, i think her insecurities started after her break up with her ex. Hanting wearing jixing's pant is such a funny moment and her introduced hanting as her boyfriend i love them together ^^

They soften the character of ml to translates better in the drama, i heard in novel he was much older than her, a while back someone was saying ml in novel was grooming the fl and they like the drama changes better so different audiences see things differently. From my understanding he got a crush on the fl but a misunderstanding bruised his ego as a result he never forgotten her, but i wouldn't call it waiting for her for ten years. What is surprising to me is she also never forgotten him even after ten years so they both left a big impression on the other in their college year for them to still remember each other after ten years. And from my understanding they needed that break up to build a better relationship.

If all you want in a relationship is to get the better of the other party and to always win then maybe it's better not to be in a relationship. What you write here is the fl always in the wrong in a fight, and it's the ml that is always in the right and not because he realizes he is wrong and want to get the girl forgiveness so he apologizes. Not sure what dramas you watched because most of the dramas i watched it's never black and white, and what you call simping it's being a decent human being rather than being a jerk.
