Zhouye will be with him to promote the drama in vietnam too so he's not the only one to promote the drama as you said. We still don't know if anyone else will come with them but i suppose they're banking on his popularity oversea so his name is being put first. For the billing i think they must've split the billing because of the new rule and it's not a big deal, i would rather know it ahead of time rather than after watching the drama and it turn out he was first billing but gotten less screentimes like in some of his past projects.

I didn't find the romance bad in blood of youth, i thought it was enough without taking over the whole drama. I think it was the reason why it got so popular because it focuses more on bromance and friendship.

I'm really excited to see xukai playing another complicated character in this drama, let see if it can top some of my favorite roles of his ^^
