Did he use his voice in loss in Kunlun mountain, I thought he used his voice there but then someone said it wasn't his voice even though it sound like his voice so I wasn't sure.

That sword dance of xukai in ep 6 was so cool with cuilin playing the instrument, and his ending move the other guy never knows what's coming for him. In one ep he ended two lives without them having a chance to defend themselves. This is the reason why cuilin is so mesmerized by him when she talked to her friend, he looks like he has no worry in the world while planning his counterattack lol. At first I thought they planned together what to do after she got released since he wasn't surprised that she sold out his fake identity, but I realized both of them were just predicting each other moves and planning accordingly. Both of them are using the others to get advantages for their sides, lets see who will comes out ahead ^^.

Why would they take out so much content from his bio. It's even less than the one I saw before and I thought that was pretty basic now that I noticed.

Why is viki taking so long to subtitles this drama for paid user. When I was watching snow eagle lord, they were very fast with the subtitles. Their subtitles are at the same pace as free user on YouTube.

Yes i'm enjoying both of them trying to one up the other. No worries there, I don't watch dramas only for romance. I like a good plot and characters dynamic and so far this drama is giving us lots of the main leads interactions and I'm loving it so far. Their action scenes were great, I'm an action kind of girl so as long as a drama has good action scenes I won't have a problem ^^

His character is very different from his characters from she and her perfect husband and royal feast, much more fun and easygoing. I think you will like him in this drama. I also like his characters in those dramas too ^^

So both dramas didn't reach billions views like his past dramas? I think this is also due to the genre. I like loss in Kunlun mountain but I didn't like the ending, snow eagle lord I like the leads but think the writing for support characters were weak, I heard this is due to changes from the original material.

In ep5 is it just me but I have the impression that ciulin is much more ruthless than Lini. Lini seems to value friendship over personal gains, that's why he didn't just leave cuilin behind when she gotten taken hostage. But would cuilin done the same for him, at this early stage of their relationship. They both need each other to get what they're both after, so it could be explain that he stayed behind because he still has a use for her, but I still get that impression.

I don't think it has to do with the scripts since I thought most of them are good, I just think some of the direction was bad especially putting so much focus on support characters instead of the leads. Some dramas do well with ensemble casts if they're interesting, but that's not always the case.

Ancient love poetry got lots of hate when it first aired in china, falling into your smile got boycotted by some of those esport fans because of issues of plagiarism from the author of the novel it adapted from. Both dramas as a result didn't get as high rating as they deserve, but in terms of viewership they breaks the billions mark so that's still a good record ^^

I like most of his dramas, some of his recent dramas I like better than some of his past dramas but that comes down to preferences. My only complaints is about dramas ending because of censorship, otherwise I love most of what he did especially as he started to pick more variety of roles and not being stuck in one type. For this drama how far have you gotten, I'm still early into the drama and think Lini is fun and easy going like his character in arsenal military academy. Wonder if Lini will also get some character development as the drama going into the angsty part as xukai said in an interview, this drama will be like ancient love poetry in term of tragedy. Ancient love poetry is the one drama I rewatch the most ^^

You're much farther than me. But I'm also really enjoying the current ep I'm watching. Both ml and fl are such fun people and Lini met his match in ciulin ^^

It's a drama with xukai and wu jiayi, I enjoy it for the comedy in the first half ^^

What ep are you on?

Yeah I was enjoying this drama positivity, and this person came in and want to ruin our fun by complaining about the ml, not only that but it became more like a personal attack and it's just poor taste. We're still early in the drama and this person already wanting to predict what the future plot is by attacking both the ml and fl.

Is it that bad I think it looks good on him especially in the front . The wig that I thought was really bad was the one from dance of the sky empire and then even that didn't detract from his good look.

These two are still fighting on a kiss scene lol ^^
