That pentasect rule was stupid, how would he knows she truly wants to marry him, or she's only following the rule of pentasect. That's why he rejected her, but all indication shows he clearly has feeling for her. Also he told her he want to date first before marriage shows he is not hating the idea of marrying her.

Xukai in arsenal military academy is kind of a bad boy, and he's really funny in that drama. If you like jiutian, then I'm sure you will like xukai character in arsenal military academy. I don't consider jiutian an antagonist, but an annoyance because he is not a threat to either ml or fl. I thought his death scene was kind of touching since his brother and sister will always remember him, and will get revenge for his death. I disagree with you about romance aspect since for me I already seen yunqi has feeling for fl much earlier. He gave her the dragon bone without a thought because he trust in her to guard for him. He wear the comb charm of her on his neck and refuses to give it back when she asked for it, him eating the food she cooked even knowing he is allergic to it, or him missing her and went to find her by bringing her apple, etc. All those unspoken gestures speak of his feeling for her without him having to speak a single words.

It's fine if you don't like the drama, bút don't assume everyone who watches this drama thinks like you. The person who started this discussion is complaining about some people on mdl who watched only one ep of a drama and then rate the drama by giving a bad impression to new viewers. Unlike you I actually felt fl has a valid reason to act the way she did, she was raised by her master, and was taught from a young age to follow the pentasect rules, even though to outsiders it's stupid, but it's what she was taught from a very early age, so can you stop with putting down the fl. Sorry don't see any chemistry between her and Luo jiutian. My only response is eew, the guy who actually think by wanting to marry a girl, he could tie her up and rape her. If fengling hadn't stopped him he would'be die much sooner either by wushuang's hand or yunqi. I can't even think of them being in the same room with each other without throwing up, I think wu shuang also felt the same, she almost strangle him to death if fengling hadn't interfere. I like yunqi and wushuang chemistry from the very beginning, and been wondering why they both have such a strong bond even though he left to study abroad. The way he behaves toward her is so gentle compare to how he usually acts towards others. I agree Luo jiutian is a comedic relief, he can always make any situation funny.

In term of republican drama, it comes down to if you like the subject, I also like arsenal military academy another republican drama of xukai. I always love plot and characters, and this drama really deliver on characters, they're interesting and the plot is unique, bonus wuxia is my favorite genre, and the story is getting more intriguing each ep.

Yeah I can see a change in him. Before he was more careful, and would've never use the power of pentasect to do his business, but now he doesn't hesitate to use his father position within pentasect to do his business. I think what his father said about having power and money is not bad, it just depends on the person who uses it really change his thinking. I also see a change in fengling, before she was just a simple career oriented girl, but after her brother death, she seems to hide a part of herself even from her own brother. She also wants to get revenge on those people who caused her brother death. She is not a simple girl any longer, even biao saw a change in her.

Sure no problem. In that time period, telling a girl to be by his side is almost as good as admitting they're an item, and being wushuang is old fashion she would automatically get the wrong idea. I think he wants for them to date first before marriage like what he said to her before.

I think he is coveting the treasures too. Him being loyal to pentasect was just a front, he was angry about Luo yunsong bringing outsider to Kunlun mountain because to him the treasures belong to pentasect. He must've a disagreement with dys and that's why he calls him a traitor since dys wants to give the treasures back to the people, and now yunqi wants to do the same.

I know that yunqi father is not the killer, he was frame but I don't remember ever hear cyz told him commander hu was a killer.

Did you get this info from novel or did you just speculate. At this time, most people are thinking it's wushuang's master who is the master mind behind it.

She listens to her master, so even though dyq banned pentasect, as long as her master still insists on being in pentasect, so she still has to keep her vow of only marry to a heaven official. Dyq doesn't want to be a heaven official, so they can't be together. I think her master wants her to persuade him to become a heaven official so she could be with dyq, but he's just manipulating her for his own purpose because he knew how much she cares for dyq.

I wouldn't mind if biao and fengling get together, since it's obvious yunqi and wushuang has feeling for each other. I hope it will not turn into a love triangle, I like fengling but right now I can see the person who can support yunqi is wushuang. I don't want fengling to turn bad because of jealousy, etc. Hope the rest of the episodes will keep the momentum and surprise us in a good way ^^

At first I thought her master is a good guy now I'm not so sure. In the last few episodes, his behaviors make me feel he cares much more to follow the rules of the pentasect rather than caring for his disciples. Also if the spoiler is true, then he could be Luo yunsong's parents killer, and wushuang is his sister, then all along he has been using her for his own end and not really care about Pentasect business as he claims.

I think biao has a thing for fengling, and the recent episodes looks like fengling like yunqi. I'm liking how yunqi finally shows his feeling for wushuang by buying snack for her, and asking her to come with him to look for Kunlun mountain.

It looks to me like wushuang being so determined to marry yunqi has to do with her master's manipulation since he knew wushuang has feeling for yunqi, that's why he kept saying to her she should have a family of her own. Also he's using her to spy on yunqi, but I'm guessing yunqi already knew. He trusts in wushuang and believes she will not betray him.

In term of why they're into each other, they both share a past and even though he moved away it was never forgotten between them. Yunqi associates wushuang as the only happiness in his childhood after his mother died. It's clearly show in the last few eps he's sweet on wushuang, and him disbanding the pentasect one of the reasons is so she is free to find love rather than being force to follow the pentasect rule of only being able to marry a heavenly official.

Thanks for the clarification. I really love the costumes for wonderland of love, I thought they were really high budget, and with xukai and Jing tian as the leads, I assume it was also an S+ drama.

I heard royal feast was an S+ drama, and wonderland of love is also S+.

I think I'm starting to understand why yunqi has a soft spot for wushuang. He said after his mother's death, it was only by meeting wushuang and has her as his friend that make him feel joy, otherwise he only feel resentment and hatred towards his father for failing his mother. So from childhood, he already determined her as someone special. Them talking about home make me feel that they're lonely people and just want to find a companion, someone to share each other burden.
