I'm not on twitter and instagram so i got most of xukai's news from youtube. There're some fan channels that update his activities everyday. But i do understand what you mean about youtube, not everything on there are truth, so do be careful of what you find on there as they're just marketing and not to be trusted.

I thought contract lasted for ten years so it's his 8 years since becoming an actor. Many fans want to see him leave yuzheng and be an independent actor. I would like to see him have more control but i wonder if it's that simple to leave his agency. Yuzheng has a bad rep, so it might be a good thing for him to leave once his contract is up.

She was raised by her father after her mother died and she has to pretend to be a boy when she was growing up so it's understandable if she's not too emotional as she has to train to be tough as she became a general that has to lead an army. Nothing wrong with being opinionated, she has her own thinking because she was raised in an environment that made her into the person that she is, if she is not that way would he has fallen for her. He met another girl who's the exact opposite of the fl, who's gentle and ladylike and always seeking to please him, and he didn't feel anything for the other girl. The harder the challenge, the more interesting she's to him.

I also can't wait to see what is going to be his next work. I'm excited to hear he has many choices in scripts to choose from. But first he has to finish shooting for fi first before we will hear about his next work, i hope he will takes a break before shooting for his new project as he deserves a rest.

I have to ask you to give an example of a better production value because i thought this drama actually did a good job with adapting the novel to drama even with minor changes. And the music is very fitting to the drama with the opening and ending i can listen to many times.

He cooked for her i think that is much better than any flower or firework. Xukai has many versatile roles, you just haven't seen enough of them. I also hope to see more versatile characters for xukai as he getting more script choices to choose from although i think chinese dramas kind of lacking in choices of scripts due to censorship.

You forgot his other major works like arsenal military academy and ancient love poetry, etc. I also love lingjian mountain, it doesn't get much love but does has a fanbase ^^

I'm looking forward to both dramas fire investigator and moonlit reunion. The fire investigator one has been very secretive. Only recently that i was able to see some of the filming process and a preview video. The costume detective drama i would be behind, the storyline is interesting, is it going to have any magical elements or purely logic.

It's still filming and we're already getting a preview. Hopeful we will get a full length trailer at the end of the shooting ^^

Aren't their victims of their own circumstances and destinies. You don't feel anything for these characters? I kind of feel bad for bian luohuan, being forgotten by everyone including his own family and the girl he loves.

Especially when this drama ended so well, the two dramas that were aired about the same time as abay lyf2 and tpr also have rating of 8.2 and their ranks don't change much even though they have much complaints by watchers because of the ending. This just makes the rating on this drama even more suspicious i mean there was that one person who made a big show of giving this drama poor rating and then gave a rating of 9 to tpr and then said something like xk and seven don't have chemistry and xk is gay, even though that person also complaints about the chemistry in the other drama 🤣.

I was talking about their similarity, the other poster was saying he looks similar to xiao zhan and i was thinking one of his outfit and hairstyle looks like xiao zhan's in the untamed. But agree xk looks better overall.
