That's a drastic change though, what about dramas with long eps 16 eps will not be enough are they going to divided into 2 parts.

And what makes your opinion more valid than mine. They were both competing with each other and he see her as someone who could match him in strategy and could put up a challenge. You are watching a drama about two generals who command an army and expect them to play fair or not to take advantage when the other show weakness or a flaw that they can explore at least in the beginning until they became lovers. The fl was raise as a boy and has to command respect from her men, don't expect her to act all demure and show weakness just because she likes a guy.

It's your lost if you choose to stop watching the drama and making assumption about the fl and ml when you didn't finish the drama, it doesn't make your opinion better than anyone else or it's bad writing if ml and fl have flaws.

They both are on opposite sides so she is using his attraction to her to get the upper hand. I don't see that as being pathetic i see that fl is a gray character and is willing to use whatever means to help her negotiate for her own side. If she was a male instead of female many audience would not fault her as a general and even like how dark the character is, but just because she is female she's being call pathetic. For ml he is attracted to her and he's not afraid to give in to her demand because he wants to negotiate for her and her army's help. Sometimes in negotiation giving in to small thing will gains a bigger return, i don't see ml as being a simp but a very smart general he's willing to throw a hook to get a bigger catch in my opinion is a very smart move on his part. I see the way they both interact as foreplay, maybe these two interactions will be judge as not being honest but in my opinion they're both adults and it's what turn them on than who are we to complain when they both share such great chemistry. Too bad you don't feel the same.
