Acting is talent. Fan service is never considered talent. But sure kissing can be considered a skill. For a versatile actor who doesn't do fluffy romance filled with fanservice, kiss scenes, surely are the least important ones.

That is him feeling her pain with his whole existence and then taking her into embrace and that is her, embracing and crying her heart out for the first time in life for the death of a loved one, for she had never once got a chance to cry her heart out, never, had anyone to lend her a shoulder to cry on. That is what I saw.
