but as a viewer and a horror fan I loved it. It had great set up earlier in the ep with boon appearing more clingy, the prolonged shot on the monk when they were praying, and I thought it was sus that jompol, a monk, would suggest burning down the house. it was also foreshadowed in an earlier ep when boon said she can never be possessed. But it’s still a great twist that most people probably didn’t expect and it fits perfectly both narratively and for a horror story

To be fair, I think kwan should be more limited when in a human body, I don’t think she can still use her powers now. Assuming win isn’t killed, she can just wait for an opening and run for it, kwan wouldn’t be able to find her unless she leaves boon’s body. She just can never go home now or she’ll put both her parents and boon’s mom in danger

to be fair, not everyone can identify signs of neurodivergence. the signs can vary so vastly between people and there's no education on it either. so it's really up to individual people to learn to notice the tells. it's like how some people have a very sensitive gaydar, others less so, and then some people don't have any at all
