I enjoyed everything about this. I was attracted by the batman type concept of rich detective. I saw it in strong girl namsoon as well and so glad I found this.
So ep 18 she aborts, procedure goes wrong, she becomes sterile. I haven't seen much except the last and this eps, just to get a feel after reading comments goin back 3+ years. So I leave this comment for myself as future reference.
A masterpiece that should be watched by ALL BUSINESS/ENTREPRENEUR majors. I liked it. The ending was left open imo I would have preferred one more episode or at least few minutes of couple time.
I was delighted by the korean version, it takes a lot of effort to cut the original into just 12 episodes. Every single important detail was present and I liked how it flowed smoothly without the usual kdrama back and forth. All in all a must watch.

I liked it, it gave vibes similar to General's Lady and Oh My General. I think it was a blend of the two or so. It was great and I loved how good the FL family is towards each other and the dad cracked me up.
I recently watched "Family by Choice". I found it to be quite similar to "Go Ahead", which I thought was amazing.…
I just remembered that after ten years when they meet the FL for the first time, in this version they meet as Haejun was inside FL's bakery and FL thought he was a thief as the face was covered so they fought and they meet the other brother and father in police station. While in Go Ahead it's more embarrassing, I can't put it in words. Too funny!
I recently watched "Family by Choice". I found it to be quite similar to "Go Ahead", which I thought was amazing. I liked how "Family by Choice" condensed the story into 16 episodes compared to the original. However, there were a few differences that I noticed. In "Go Ahead", the half-sister fell while walking with the female lead and was blamed for the accident. The fall was serious enough that she had to go to the hospital. In "Family by Choice", the half-sister fell while running to see her brother, so no one was blamed. Another difference is that in "Family by choice", Hae Jun was adopted right away after the father received a call. In "Go Ahead", the father had to visit the child's grandmother at the farm a couple of times before bringing him home. Many more minor differences are there obviously since it was trimmed down.
It was funny which is great. It had elements of "Ugly Alert, My father is strange, and What happens to my family? " so if you liked any of these u will like this as well as it comes with lots of laughter and the only thing that saddened me was not having one more episode for the ending.
It sort of felt like a cheap knock off of My demon. I was expecting more happy ending instead of open ending. The concept of killing bad guy out of court has been done in so many dramas namely "Lucifer". For those who haven't heard of this masterpiece, It's An American drama which is 100x better.
I watched it again after a year. It is an awesome family drama, without the angst and cunning that is so prevalent in other family dramas. It is so damn Funny especially the relationship between the Grandfather and his three sons
