It's was the ming cult that killed the young girl called cui and pushed oyang feng to look for the sutra and obtain it by any means necessary

So in the five, we learn the oyang Feng again due to his martial arts weaknesses watches as baito manors enemies using his nephew life to threaten and kill his people. They also kill a very young girl in front of him to force him to reveal the sutra location. That kind of tragedy forces people to extreme measures.

In part 1, I see oyang fuang Is weak in martial arts and looses the women who loved him and later he falls for her but it's too late. We see that he was just out and about sightseeing and nasty people framed him for things he didn't do as a result he lost his friends that journeyed with him. It's quite sad to not be able to protect the people you care

New to the Condor trilogy, based on what I have read in comments across various list and reddit.

I am watching the eastern western part 1st.

Going to document the journey as I watch so I remember since from what I read its quite a long story across multiple shows and I don't want to forget.

10/10 - The best general love story arc ever! It was different from "Oh My General" or "General's Lady." The writing was excellent, the chemistry and acting were amazing. The brotherly relationship, cute moments, and the right amount of angst kept me hooked. To top it off, they gave us two episodes of a peaceful, harmonious ending, showing them enjoying life and a few minutes of their family with kids.

Having watched many dramas with similar storylines, I feel my opinion is well-informed. I recommend Oh my general and other's similar on my watch history as they are great as well with HE

This was awesome! very similar to Be Yourself without the xianxi portion. This was funny and entertaining till the end. Like in others, the ML gets back to reality for brief few seconds in the end. Don't be discouraged by this, Its really enjoyable show.

AMAZING! It's neck and neck with A Farmer's Fortune. Ending is understandable with timetravels but i don't bother with it. The journey and emotion that you feel is worth it.

Great watch - He always wanted a simple life, and that's what he ultimately chose. While many found the ending unsatisfying, it aligns with the character's repeated wishes. Without revealing too much, the male lead is driven by circumstance into business but remains righteous and compassionate, even towards his initial tormentors. Those who harmed his family were indeed punished. Overall a good business drama.

It was a wonderful watch. Judging by the ending, the story seems complete. Should there be a continuation, I would be keen to see a romantic storyline, as the main character has accomplished his goals in this story.

TOO SLOW! This didn't need 36 episodes, especially with a boring HE. It was just too slow. The villains weren't punished right away, causing more lengthy arcs. The grandmother's stubbornness really caused me some frustration.

I am at ep9. Clearly we see that she had 7 dices and the young chi guy had 6 dices. She cheated right? Why didn't no one object?
